Dass dies so ist, bestätigt mir die eigene Erfahrung mit ETECH sowie die vieler meiner Freunde. Auch die Tatsache, dass zahlreiche öffentliche Unternehmen bei ETECH Kunden sind, spricht dafür. Einmalig aber ist die Servicequalität: Ein Beispiel: Waschmaschine kaputt. Anruf bei der Firma: Die freundliche Dame in der Zentrale verspricht, dass sich ein Techniker melden wird. 2 min später: Anruf des Technikers, der sich freundlich nach der Art des Fehlers bei der Waschmaschine erkundigt, ein paar Nachfragen stellt, um den Fehler einzugrenzen. Dann Hinweise gibt, wie man ihn selbst beheben kann und dann auch noch verspricht zurückzurufen und sich zu erkundigen, ob es funktioniert hat (was es auch tat). Kann man sich eine seriösere und kundenfreundlichere Firma vorstellen? Toll, dass es solche Firmen gibt! ETECH is a company with unbelievably high expertise in all areas of electrical installations. That this is so, confirms my own experience with ETECH and many of my friends. The fact that many public companies are ETECH customers speaks for it. But the service quality is unique: An example: washing machine broken. Call with the company: The friendly lady in the center promises that a technician will report. 2 min later: Call of the technician who kindly inquires about the nature of the error in the washing machine, asks a few questions to narrow down the error. Then give hints on how to fix it yourself and then promise to call back and ask if it worked (which it did). Can one imagine a more serious and customer-friendly company? Great that there are such companies!

Alles bestens und ich kann die Fa. ETECH hier sehr empfehlen.
