Es werden Leistungen verrechnet, die nicht erbracht wurden, die Arbeitsaufträge teilweise schlampig und nicht auftragsgemäß ausgeführt(alles mit Fotos dokumentiert)!Nachmessen unbedingt erforderlich, sonst wird man über den Tisch gezogen. Alles in allem sehr ärgerlich. Geschäftsführer leider inkompetent. I am very disappointed with this company! Services that have not been performed will be charged, the work orders sometimes sloppy and not carried out according to the order (everything documented with photos)! Re-measurement absolutely necessary, otherwise you will be ripped off. All in all, very annoying. Managing director unfortunately incompetent.

Girkinger sehr zufrieden er war sehr kompetent und man merkte, dass er sich bei seiner Arbeit wirklich auskennt und half mir sogar den Leckorter einzusparen. Die Dame im Büro ist sehr freundlich - ich wurde regelmäßig von ihr zwecks Terminvereinbarung angerufen um die Trocknung zu kontrollieren und die Werte nachzumessen. Nach den Arbeiten bekam ich eine Stromverbrauchsbestätigung zugesandt, das ging ganz von selbst. Auch die Arbeiter waren sehr fachkundig und freundlich und haben mir sogar ein paar Kleinigkeiten so mitgemacht. Auch die Abwicklung mit der Versicherung wurde von der Firma gemacht. Ich kann die Firma Esherm nur empfehlen, man ist in guten Händen und was besonders positiv war, dass die Firma sehr viele Gewerke anbietet somit muss nicht ständig eine andere kommen. (Bei mir wurde damals das komplette Haus nach einen Wasserschaden saniert - Abbrucharbeiten, Bodenlegerarbeiten, Malerarbeiten, Trocknung, Fliesenlegerarbeiten, Trockenbauarbeiten, Abdichtungen etc.) hat alles super funktioniert und mein Haus ist jetzt schöner als zuvor :-) I was very satisfied with the branch manager, Mr. Girkinger he was very competent and you could tell that he really knows his job and even helped me save the leak detector. The lady in the office is very friendly - I was regularly called by her to make an appointment to check the drying and measure the values. After the work, I was sent a confirmation of electricity consumption, which went completely by itself. The workers were also very knowledgeable and friendly and even helped me with a few little things. The company also handled the insurance. I can only recommend the company Esherm, you are in good hands and what was particularly positive was that the company offers a lot of trades so you don't have to keep coming up with another one. (At that time the whole house was renovated after a water damage - demolition work, floor laying work, painting work, drying, tiling work, dry construction work, sealing, etc.) everything worked great and my house is now more beautiful than before :-)
