Ein Besuch lohnt sich, wenn man Essigproduktion abseits der industriellen Fertigung live vor Ort sehen und sich über die Hintergründe informieren will. Angenehme Atmosphäre. In wunderschöner Umgebung im Naturpark Almenland gelegen. Small manufacture with high standards. A visit is worthwhile if you want to see vinegar production outside of industrial production live on site and find out more about the background. Pleasant atmosphere. Located in beautiful surroundings in the Almenland nature park.

Beate gibt einen tollen und umfangreichen Einblick in die Essigproduktion und führt viele Beispiele und Vergleiche auch mit konventionellen Herstellern an. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Kräuterkunde und die Verkostung. Ich wusste gar nicht wie vielseitig Essig in seiner Verwendung ist. Die Umgebung ist idyllisch und es gibt eine unfassbare Anzahl an verschiedenen Essigsorten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall online nachbestellen, wenn uns die gekaufte Ware ausgeht. Unbedingt vorbeischauen, wenn man in der Nähe ist! Auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern (Kinderwägen) zu empfehlen. A very small, family-run and lovingly run business. Beate gives a great and extensive insight into vinegar production and gives many examples and comparisons with conventional manufacturers. I particularly enjoyed the herbalism and tasting. I didn't even know how versatile vinegar can be. The surroundings are idyllic and there is an incredible number of different types of vinegar. We will definitely reorder online when we run out of goods. Be sure to stop by when you're around! Also recommended for families with small children (strollers).

Wenn wir unseren gekauften Essig verbraucht haben, kommen wir gerne wieder. Very warm owners, interesting and excellent tasting, wonderful area. If we have used up the vinegar we bought, we will be happy to come back.

Alles eigene Produkte ohne Zukauf von Großhändlern, d.h. wenn der Rohstoff aus ist, kein Essig, das macht es aus! Preis/Leistung stimmt hier absolut. Wer in der Nähe ist, unbedingt hinfahren, es lohnt sich!! We were on vacation in Styria and happened upon this small but very fine shop while browsing. Great selection and excellent advice! All own products without buying in from wholesalers, i.e. if the raw material is out, no vinegar, that matters! Price / performance ratio is absolutely right here. If you are in the area, definitely go there, it's worth it!
