Sobald man die Filiale betritt, wird man gleich nett begrüßt und man bekommt auf alle Fragen eine Antwort. Sehr kompetentes Team. I am very enthusiastic about the courtesy and helpfulness of the employees. As soon as you enter the branch, you are greeted warmly and you get an answer to all questions. Very competent team.

In der Hoffnung auf eine moderne Organisationsstruktur wechselte ich von der Raiffeisenbank zur Ersten Bank und wurde bitter enttäuscht. Dass die KundenberaterInnen ihr Handwerk nicht kennen ist eine Sache (die augenscheinlich auf eine bemitleidenswerte Ausbildung in Kombination mit einem sup-par Filialmanagement schließen lässt). Dass wiederholten Bitten um einen Rückruf in sehr dringlichen Sachen und Situationen nicht nachgegangen wird, ist allerdings einfach rein menschlich nicht tragbar. Ich bin grundsätzlich ein geduldiger Mensch, aber diese Filiale ist wirklich das letzte. Hoffentlich geht es in anderen Filialen besser zu. Unfortunately the most incompetent advice I've ever had to take from a bank. In the hope of a modern organizational structure, I switched from Raiffeisenbank to Erste Bank and was bitterly disappointed. The fact that the customer advisors do not know their trade is one thing (which apparently suggests a pitiful training in combination with a sup-par branch management). The fact that repeated requests for a callback in very urgent matters and situations are not followed up is simply not acceptable on a purely human level. I'm basically a patient person, but this branch is really the last. Hopefully things will be better in other branches.
