★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich, ewig keinen Betreuer weil der Vorgänger in Pension gegangen ist, inkompetent (es werden Produkte verkauft die nachweislich nicht nötig waren), zu guter Letzt wird auch noch der Wechsel zur neuen Bank behindert und es kommt zu unnötigen Zusatzkosten
