A	Andy Willis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Über halbe Std. wartezeiten. Es werden immer andere Leute vor mir genommen und ich sitze einfach da und schau' mir die Wände an. Waiting times of over half an hour. There are always other people in front of me and I just sit there and look at the walls.

Bin absolut unzufrieden und bleibe doch bei meiner Bank. Hoffentlich für die nächsten Kunden ist die Dame Kundenorientierter, höflicher und schaut nicht böse rein! Inadequate competence always a drooping face the lady with the laptop and pigtail very rude and dubious. I am absolutely dissatisfied and stay with my bank. Hopefully for the next customers the lady is more customer-oriented, more polite and doesn't look angry!

Total inkompetent, also wirklich! I now understand the bad reviews. I couldn't get any money for some shoot. I have to wait 20 minutes. Totally incompetent, so really!

Ca. ein Monat frühe ich habe zweite Bankomat Karte gefragt zu haben aber das in diese Filiale war unmöglich oder das genaue Antwort von arbeiterin dort war:" Keine Chance" Und dann nach dem:... Für eine defekte Automat der meine Bancomatkarte behaltet hat ich war ohne MEINE Geld 31/06/2018 und am Freitag auch ohne MEINE GELD bin in der Arbeit gegangen und könnte nicht mich Frühstück, Mittagessen und Parkschein kaufen ! Bin dort gegangen für fragen eine neue Karte aber das war nicht möglich weill muss warten ca 7 Tage wird nach Hause geschickt, dann musste ich warten auf eine einzigste Kassa für meine Geld nehmen aber vor mir wären ca. 12 Pensionisten und dann habe ich noch 40 minuten gewartet + halbe Stunde frühe. Ingesammt ich war dort mehr als eine Stunde! Ich war da nach 2 Tage ohne MEINE GELD und am Freitag habe gearbeitet hunger, die Filialeleiterin war nicht so freundlich sowie Dame auf Kassa, desswegen nach 5 Jahre konto bei E.B. habe ich sofort geschlossen und bin in Bank Austria gegangen eine neue Konto zum ofnen, dort habe ich sehr nette Mitarbeitern gefunden und die sind immer sehr hilfsbereit! Danke Bank Austria! Incompetent! About a month early I asked for a second ATM card but it was impossible to go to this branch or the exact answer from the worker there was: "No chance" And then after: ... For a defective machine that kept my ATM card I was without MY MONEY 31/06/2018 and on Friday even without MY MONEY I went to work and couldn't buy breakfast, lunch and parking ticket! I went there to ask for a new card but that was not possible because I had to wait about 7 days, it was sent home, then I had to wait for a single cashier to take my money, but in front of me there would be about 12 pensioners and then I still have 40 waited minutes + half an hour early. In total I was there for more than an hour! I was there after 2 days without MY MONEY and on Friday I worked hunger, the branch manager was not so friendly and the lady at the cash desk, so after 5 years I had an account with E.B. I closed immediately and opened a new account in Bank Austria, where I found very nice employees and they are always very helpful! Thank you Bank Austria!
G	Grunf Van Smallhausen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ältere Kunden (über 70 Jahre ) werden bei Überweisungen an George verwiesen, keine Hilfe oder Kundenservice, keine Beratung für Menschen die seit 1998 Kunden sind und ihnen Telebanking aufgezwungen wurde. Damit kann man auch die nächste Generation loswerden. Dankeschön dann doch lieber Bank Austria oder die Raika Older customers (over 70 years of age) are referred to George for transfers, no help or customer service, no advice for people who have been customers since 1998 and telebanking was imposed on them. This can also be used to get rid of the next generation. Thank you, rather Bank Austria or Raika
