Ich nahm das Angebot in Anspruch, wo man 50€ für das Weiterempfehlen der Bank bekommen sollte. Nach 2 Monaten, unzähligen Anrufen, bei denen es angeblich weitergeleitet wurde, nach Fillialbesuchen und Beschwerde ist noch immer nichts passiert. NICHTMAL EINE ANTWORT AUF DIE BESCHWERDE HABE ICH BEKOMMEN!!!!! .Wie kann es sein, dass eine Bank so inkompetent ist und so ein miserables Kundenservice hat?!?!?! Ich bin mehr als wütend, da ich vermute, dass Kunden mit einem utopischen Kontostand höchstwahrscheinlich wie Könige behandelt werden und Kunden wie ich als Schüler, die auf diese 50€ angewiesen sind, werden wie Müll behandelt. Auch die Person der ich es weiterempfohlen habe, ist zur Filliale gegangen, die Antwort war, dass ich anrufen soll und zur Filliale kommen soll, hab ich auch gemacht. ES IST SEIT 2 MONATEN NICHTS, ABSOLUT GARNICHTS PASSIERT!!!!! Für was werden die Mitarbeiter bezahlt? SEIT 2 MONATEN MACHEN SIE NÄMLICH NICHTS UND HELFEN NICHT WEITER I would like to give -5 stars. I have never experienced such disastrous customer service! I took up the offer where you should get 50 € for recommending the bank. After 2 months, countless calls where it was allegedly forwarded, after branch visits and complaints, still nothing happened. I NEVER GOT ANSWER TO THE COMPLAINT !!!!! How can it be that a bank is so incompetent and has such poor customer service?!?!?! I'm more than angry as I suspect that customers with a utopian bank balance will most likely be treated like royalty and customers like me as students who depend on that $ 50 will be treated like trash. The person I recommended it to went to the branch, the answer was that I should call and come to the branch, I did too. IT HAS NOTHING FOR 2 MONTHS, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPENED !!!!! What are the employees paid for? FOR 2 MONTHS THEY DO NOTHING AND DO NOT HELP

Obwohl nach 10 Minuten nachgefragt wurde, was ich möchte, erfahre ich dann nach einer halben Stunde Wartezeit, dass die Umschreibung der Sparkarte für meinen minderjährigen Sohn nicht ohne ihm statt finden kann. Personal jedoch sehr freundlich. Ich bleibe lieber bei meiner Onlinebank, das ist mir zu mühsam Long wait as there is only one switch. Although after 10 minutes they asked what I would like, after half an hour of waiting I find out that the transfer of the savings card for my underage son cannot take place without him. However, the staff was very friendly. I prefer to stay with my online bank, it's too troublesome for me
