★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termin für eine BIA-Messung vereinbart, weder auf der Homepage noch am Telefon wurde ich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich einen negativen Covid Test für eine Vermessung benötige. Diesen hatte ich zum Termin leider nicht, somit wurde ich auch nicht dran genommen. Für mich organisatorisch ein FAIL, zumindest am Telefon bei Terminvereinbarung, könnte man erwähnen, dass dieser benötigt wird.
Appointment for a BIA measurement agreed, neither on the homepage nor on the phone was I informed that I needed a negative Covid test for a measurement. Unfortunately, I didn't have this at the appointment, so I wasn't taken on. For me organizationally a FAIL, at least on the phone when making an appointment, you could mention that this is needed.

Die Praxis ist öffentlich leicht zu erreichen, ich habe schnell einen passenden Termin bekommen und die Messung wurde rasch und zu einem fairen Preis vorgenommen. Dazu gab es auch einige hilfreiche Tipps - empfehlenswert!
I wanted to check my progress with a BIAS measurement and came across novumMED. The practice is easy to reach in public, I quickly got a suitable appointment and the measurement was carried out quickly and at a fair price. There were also some helpful tips - recommended!
