Erhart alle Hände voll zu tun hatte, kam noch am Freitag ein äußerst bemühter Mitarbeiter, um sich unseres Problems anzunehmen. Nach einer Stunde konnte die Schwachstelle gefunden werden und unsere Familie konnte beruhigt ins Wochenende gehen. Ein herzlicher Dank an die Fa. Erhart! 3.12.2019 - Sifon tropft, Zulauf unter Waschbecken stark gerostet. Anruf bei Fa. Erhart und bereits am 5.12. in der Früh ist Hilfe in Anmarsch. Stefan und sein Helfer Andreas sehen sofort das Problem, beheben es und der Kundenservice geht sogar so weit, dass noch schnell von der Firma ein Chrom Design Sifon geholt wird. Der Wasserhahn spritzt und auch dieses Problem wird noch flott repariert. Die Fa. Erhart hat total freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Danke, dass ihr trotz der stressigen Zeit, diese Kleinigkeit so schnell und professionell behoben habt. Schöne Weihnachten euch und euren Familien! I called and asked if we could help before the Whitsun holidays because of the drop in water pressure. Although it was obvious that the company Erhart had their hands full, on Friday a very hard-working employee came to deal with our problem. After one hour, the weak point could be found and our family could go to the weekend with peace of mind. A heartfelt thanks to the Fa. Erhart! 3.12.2019 - Siphon dripping, feed heavily rusted under sink. Call to Fa. Erhart and already on 5.12. Help is approaching in the morning. Stefan and his assistant Andreas immediately see the problem, fix it and the customer service even goes so far that the company quickly gets a chrome design siphon. The faucet is spraying and this problem is still being repaired quickly. The company Erhart has totally friendly and competent employees.
