Bevor man sich einen "Personal-Trainer" im Studio nimmt (den jeder relativ einfach machen kann), kann ich nun den Ergotherapeuten empfehlen.
Die richtige Ausführung ist nicht immer alles sondern oftmals auch die richtige Körper-Haltung.
Hier habe ich zahlreiche Tipps für Zuhause und das Büro bekommen.
