Obwohl wir unsere Terrassen-Hebeschiebetüe nicht bei Frauscher gekauft haben, kam am selben Tag meines Notrufs noch jemand vorbei und hat die Tür bei winterlichen Verhältnissen mal geschlossen. Das benötigte Ersatzteil wird bestellt, dass man nicht alles auf Lager hat, ist mal klar, aber die Nothilfe ist ja schon Gold wert. Freue mich auf die Reparatur und Folgegeschäfte sind fix. Danke
Thanks for the quick help. Although we did not buy our terrace lift and slide door from Frauscher, someone came by on the same day that I called the emergency and closed the door in wintry conditions. The required spare part is ordered, but it is clear that not everything is in stock, but the emergency aid is worth its weight in gold. I'm looking forward to the repair and follow-up business is fixed. thank you
