Nun planen wir eine zusätzliche Überdachung des Eingangsbereiches. Ohne Frage wieder von der Fa. Erax! Heute, nach 15 Jahren können wir bestätigen: ein tolles Projekt! Die Funktionalität des Wintergartens wie am ersten Tag, nicht die geringste Beanstandung; die Beratung (zB zu Fragen der Belüftung, zu Varianten) angenehm und kompetent; die Planung hervorragend; an der Firmen-Philosophie hat sich offenbar nichts geändert: das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt einfach sehrt gut! Wir freuen uns schon auf eine weitere Zusammenarbeit mit der Fa. Erax, insbesondere auch mit dem "Junior-Chef" Lucas, ein pfiffiger Bursche! Und wir sind überzeugt, dass das Team der Firma Erax insgesamt ihre 5 Sterne verdient hat! Our winter garden (approx. 30m2, version with aluminum profiles) in Telfs, Wiesenweg, was built about 15 years ago by the Erax company. Now we are planning an additional roofing of the entrance area. Without question from Erax again! Today, after 15 years, we can confirm: a great project! The functionality of the winter garden as on the first day, not the slightest complaint; the advice (eg on questions of ventilation, variants) pleasant and competent; the planning excellent; nothing has changed in the company philosophy: the price-performance ratio just fits very well! We are looking forward to further cooperation with Erax, especially with the "junior boss" Lucas, a smart guy! And we are convinced that the Erax team has earned its 5 stars overall!

Das ausschlaggebende für mich war, dass sie sich wirklich für keine Arbeit zu schade waren (auch für kleine Ausbesserungsarbeiten kamen die Jungs immer wieder vorbei). Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sowieso TOP. Danke. Thanks to the entire team. Certainly not everything went smoothly - but where is that the case? The decisive factor for me was that they really weren't too bad for any work (the guys kept coming back for small repairs too). Price-performance ratio is TOP anyway. Thank you.

Mein Bruder und ich wollten uns bzgl. einem Wintergarten erkundigen. Ich wohne in einer Neuen Heimat Anlage und mein Bruder besitzt ein schönes Haus. Als ich Neue Heimat erwähnte zuckte der Mann am Telefon völlig aus - er wolle damit nichts zu tun haben. Ich kam gar nicht mehr zum reden und konnte meine Wünsche nicht mehr äußern. Ich arbeite selbst im Vertrieb. So behandle ich meine Kunden nicht. Immer freundlich bleiben lieber Herr. It was just a quick phone call. The gentleman (I think the boss himself) was extremely unfriendly and very dismissive. My brother and I wanted to inquire about a winter garden. I live in a new home complex and my brother owns a beautiful house. When I mentioned Neue Heimat, the man on the phone flinched - he didn't want anything to do with it. I couldn't speak at all and couldn't express my wishes. I work in sales myself. That's not how I treat my customers. Always stay friendly dear sir.
