Dort wird einem das Gefühl gegeben das man nichts wert ist, ich fand auch die Art der Recruiter manipulativ. As an applicant you are a beggar there. Not only am I looking for a job, the company is also looking for an employee, so why this behavior. There you get the feeling that you are worth nothing, I also found the type of recruiter manipulative.

Man ist das gewöhnt eigentlich aber zumindest von einer Personalfirma, die nur auf die Vermittlung von Personal spezialisiert ist kann man sich min. eine standard 2-Sätze 30s Antwort erwarten. Für mich ist sowas vollkommen unprofessionell und zeugt von Verachtung für die Bewerber. Disastrous company Wouldn't apply there, they don't even bother to respond to the application. Just put on death. You are actually used to it but at least from a personnel company that only specializes in the placement of personnel you can min. expect a standard 2-sentence 30s response. For me this is completely unprofessional and shows contempt for the applicants.

Kontakt mit den MitarbeiterInnen unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Hat man Interesse an einem Jobangebot welches man auf der Homepage findet, bekommt man schnell und ausführlich alle Details und das auch noch komplett ehrlich (anders als bei der Konkurenz wo man teilweise mit falschen Fakten versucht zu überzeugen). Wenn ich wieder einmal auf Jobsuche sein sollte, melde ich mich hier gerne wieder. e-point has helped me personally to find my current job. Here you do not feel like a number and it is still working professionally. Contact with the staff uncomplicated and very friendly. If you are interested in a job offer which you can find on the homepage, you will get all the details quickly and in detail and that also completely honestly (unlike the competition where you sometimes try to convince with false facts). Headhunter und Personalbüros haben sicher Ihre Berechtigung, da es für viele Unternehmen einfacher und kostengünstiger ist, einen Headhunter zu beschäftigen, als selbst eine Personalabteilung zu unterhalten. Ein schwieriges Geschäft, da hier viel Fingerspitzengefühl und noch mehr Erfahrung für den Kunden und den potentiellen Kandidaten gefragt ist. Well, how should you rate a headhunter. Ich hatte das Gefühl das der Recruiter nur sehr oberflächlich über die geforderten Qualifikationen Bescheid wußte. Er war nicht vorbereitet, hat meine Bewerbung scheinbar noch nie gelesen und offensichtlich auch keinerlei Interesse an mir. As an applicant, I was treated very condescendingly and arrogantly. I had the feeling that the recruiter only knew very superficially about the required qualifications. He wasn't prepared, has apparently never read my application and obviously has no interest in me.
