p	peter robert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einen 6 Stern fuer den Herrn Wirten, der Mann hat Witz und Schmaeh. Hier passt alles Ambiente, der Super Garten mit wunderschönem Blumenschmuck. Das Essen, nicht nur die üblichen Buschenschank Gerichte. Die gebratenen Ripperln, der Schafkaese Teller, die Ribiselschnitte, alles hat wunderbar gemundet, sehr nett angerichtet und in ordentlicher Portions Größe. Der Wein auch sehr ordentlich, da müssen wir nochmals einkehren. A 6 star for the host, the man has wit and shame. Everything fits here, the super garden with beautiful flowers. The food, not just the usual Buschenschank dishes. The fried spare ribs, the sheep's cheese plate, the currant slices, everything tasted wonderfully, very nicely arranged and in a decent portion size. The wine is also very good, so we have to stop by again.

Wir bekamen auch eine Führung über den Hof und den alten Weinkeller. Great wine tavern with everything that goes with it. The landlord likes to sit down with the guests and tell jokes and stories. We also got a tour of the courtyard and the old wine cellar.

Ein Muss wenn man die Südsteiermark besucht. Very nice restaurant, excellent food and especially friendly service. The whole in a fantastic area. A must if you visit the Südsteiermark.

Nach 20 Minuten fällt dem Chef der leere Tisch auf und nimmt er selbst die Bestellung auf. Jetzt heißt's einmal warten (von 8 Tischen sind 4 besetzt). Der Nebentisch urgiert eine vergessene Speise. Wir warten. Und warten. Das Bestellte wird dann (doch), aber ohne Besteck eingestellt. "Bring ich sofort" meint die Kellnerin und nimmt am Nebentisch eine Bestellung auf, um dann in der Küche zu verschwinden, dann an einem anderen Tisch einzustellen, sich dann zur Computerkassa zu begeben und irgendetwas einzugeben. Wer braucht schon Besteck? Wir holen es uns selber. Der Chef versucht, sich mit Scherzen zu entschuldigen. "Das Personal ...". Ja, wird schon sein. Aber dennoch ärgerlich. Und es vermantscht die schöne Herbststimmung ... Patience is the order of the day: the waitress practices neat ignorance. We'll get the card ourselves, "3-G" doesn't interest anyone. After 20 minutes, the boss notices the empty table and takes the order himself. Now it's time to wait (4 of the 8 tables are occupied). The next table urges a forgotten dish. We are waiting. And wait. What has been ordered is then (yes), but without cutlery. Who needs cutlery? We'll get it ourselves. The boss tries to apologize with jokes. "The staff ...". Yes, it will be fine. But still annoying. And it mugs the beautiful autumn mood ...
