p	petra r. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute das erste Mal bei Fr. Dr. Fernbach weil ich eine laterale Halszyste habe, die operiert gehört. Ich hatte etwas Angst. Doch diese Ärztin ist einfach spitze! Super nett und einfühlsam. Und was mir sehr wichtig ist: überhaupt keine verurteilende Blicke. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Besuch! Und auch die Dame an der Rezeption war super nett. Kann diese Praxis weiter empfehlen Today was the first time I saw Ms. Dr. Fernbach because I have a lateral neck cyst that should be operated on. Eine sehr professionelle, sympatische Ärztin mit einem ebenso freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Team. Sie nimmt sich Zeit für ihre Patienten und berät diese gut. Der Raum ist leider nicht schalldicht, und die Kopfhörer sind auch geräuschdurchlässig. Ist auf jeden Fall nicht optimal für den Hörtest, wo man ein leises Piepsen heraushören sollte. Dies sollte bitte geändert werden, damit es zu keinen Verfälschung der Ergebnisse kommt. Ansonsten wärmstens zu Empfehlen. All in all, great ordination with a super personable and courteous doctor. Nevertheless, there is a shortcoming in the hearing test. Unfortunately, the room is not soundproof, and the headphones are also noise-permeable. Das Zeitmanagement,Termine für Patienten im 10‘ Takt zu vergeben,führt leider zu chaotischen Zuständen im Warteraum. Heute zum vereinbarten Termin sind beide Wartebereiche fast voll mit Hilfesuchenden. Einige Patienten stehen. Abstand? Mitnichten. Da ich einen Pflegefall in der Familie habe,versuche ich einen halbwegs sicheren Platz zu finden. Warte geduldig. Später ankommende Patienten werden aufgerufen. Ich warte wortlos. Nach einer Stund !!kommt eine Sprechstundenhilfen auf mich zu und frägt ob ich überhaupt einen Termin habe. Ja,der wäre vor einer Stunde gewesen,ich warte seither. Schnippische Bemerkung der Angestellten: „Hier warten alle eine Stunde“ So geht man nich mit Patienten um. SO NICHT!! Dr. Fernbach-Schöberl is a very competent doctor.
