Während ich auf dem Weg zur Tankstelle war ist folgendes passiert: Als meine Mutter die Tankstelle betreten hat und währenddessen mit mir telefonierte, wurde sie von dem Verkäufer in der Tankstelle angesprochen, eigentlich war es eher eine Anmerkung „Das sie sich beim ihm nicht begrüßt hat“ und „was sie hier zu tun hat“ Als sie geantwortet hat, dass sie auf mich wartet und es draußen kalt ist und ich hier tanken will, hat der Verkäufer sie ganz einfach raußgeschmiessen.. dann kam eine rassistische Bemerkung, dass man in Österreich Kultur hat und man begrüßt sich wenn man irgendwo reinkommt , nicht wie in ihrem Land fügte er noch hinzu , obwohl der Verkäufer nicht einmal wusste woher meine Mutter ursprünglich herkommt. Als ich das gehört habe wurde ich wütend. Nachdem ich zur Tankstelle angekommen bin , wartete meine Mutter draußen in der Kälte. Ich bin in die Tankstelle reingegangen um mit dem Verkäufer zu sprechen, doch er hatte keine entsprechenden Argumente, wieso er meine Mutter das betreten der Tankstelle verboten hat. Nach dieser Situation habe ich dort nicht getankt und werde es auch in der Zukunft nicht mehr machen. Yesterday evening (14.11) around 9 p.m. I wanted to pick up my mother from her gas station because she was nearby and I actually wanted to fill up. While I was on the way to the gas station, the following happened: When my mother entered the petrol station and was talking to me on the phone, the seller in the petrol station approached her, actually it was more of a comment "That she didn't greet him at his" and "what she has to do here" When she replied that she was waiting for me and that it was cold outside and that I wanted to refuel here, the seller simply threw her out ... then came a racist remark that Austria has culture and that everyone welcomes each other when you come in somewhere , not like in their country, he added, although the seller didn't even know where my mother is originally from. When I heard this, I got angry. After I got to the gas station, my mother was waiting outside in the cold. I went into the gas station to speak to the salesman, but he had no corresponding arguments as to why he had forbidden my mother to enter the gas station. After this situation I didn't fill up there and I won't do it again in the future.

Verlasse den Laden immer mit einem Lachen im Gesicht. Bleibt weiterhin meine Lieblingstankstelle und ist einfach nur empfehlenswert. Very nice staff! Always up for a joke! Refueling here has always been uncomplicated and without any difficulties. Always leave the shop with a smile on your face. Remains my favorite gas station and is simply recommended.

Es war “Diesel“ ;-) Bin gespannt, ob ich für diese Bewertung Punkte bekomme. Wie soll ich auch eine super Bewertung abgeben, wenn ich selbst tanke und dann auch noch selbst bezahlen muss? Aber immerhin hat der Kassier schön brav “Danke“ gesagt Stupid question from Mr Google to me: How was your visit to the "eni" gas station? Of course, it was great anyway. :-) That is not true, however. It was "Diesel" ;-) I am curious whether I will get points for this evaluation. How am I supposed to give a great rating if I refuel myself and then have to pay myself? But at least the cashier said “thank you”

Nach dem Waschen erfahre ich, dass die Felgenreinigung kaputt ist und man deshalb auch den Aktionsfelgenspray nicht bekommen hat. Äußerst unseriös für eine Leistung die man nicht erbringt, voll zu kassieren und das nicht vorher bei der Zahlung zu erwähnen und ein anderes Programm zu empfehlen. I'm a long time regular customer. Today car wash top program 14.90 with rim cleaning. After washing, I find out that the rim cleaning service is broken and that's why you didn't get the special rim spray. Extremely dubious for a service that you don't provide, to collect in full and not to mention it beforehand when paying and to recommend another program.
