★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eh ganz OK, aber wenn man als langjähriger Kunde von einem Tag auf den anderen vom Personal plötzlich angeschaut wird als wäre man ein Aussetziger und man nicht mal erfahren darf was leicht los ist, sondern im Gegenteil, als Trottel hingestellt wird der sich irgendetwas einbildet finde ich das nicht OK...
Quite OK, but if you as a long-term customer are suddenly looked at by the staff from one day to the other as if you were a skeptic and you are not even allowed to find out what's easy, on the contrary, you are portrayed as a fool who thinks something is up i'm not ok ...
