L	Liliana Kristin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute wollte ich wie immer bei Ihnen meine Netflixkarte kaufen. Bis her waren die Mitarbeiter an der Kassa immer sehr freundlich und nett. Heute stand ein neuer junger Mitarbeiter an der Kassa. Soweit so gut. Leider hat er es nicht geschafft mir diese zu verkaufen. Ich musste meine Bankomatkarte vier mal auf den Chipleser legen - es stand dass es bezahlt (abgebucht) wurde. Nur der Verkäufer schaffte es trotzdem nicht die Netflixkarte zu „installieren“. Nach dem zweiten Versuch schaffte er es wieder nicht. Ich habe Verständnis wenn jemand neu ist und noch nicht weiß wie das funktioniert. Aber anstatt sich Hilfe zu holen und eine Kollegin nach Rat zu fragen, meinte er „es geht nicht“ und sagte mir im selben Moment rotzfrech: Du brauchst jetzt nicht so böse zu schauen!! (- ich hatte meine Sonnenbrille auf..) Erst nachdem ich ihn ausdrücklich gebeten hatte mir eine Bestätigung des Stornos auszudrucken, tat er dies. Somit bin ich umsonst dort hin gefahren und bin mit leeren Händen dort hinaus. Fazit: Ein Verkäufer, der nicht im Stande dazu ist seine Ware zu verkaufen und noch dazu seine Kundschaft beleidigt ohne jeglichen Grund, ist am falschen Ort. Somit würde ich es mir gut überlegen so jemanden Geschäftsschädigenden noch weiter zu beschäftigen. Auf dem Kassabon steht „Es bediente Sie Gertrude G.“ der Verkäufer war allerdings ein junger dunkelhaariger Herr. Today, as always, I wanted to buy my Netflix card from you. Only after expressly asking me to print a confirmation of the cancellation did he do so. So I drove there for nothing and am out there empty-handed. Conclusion: A seller who is unable to sell his goods and in addition to offending his customers for no reason, is in the wrong place. Thus, I would think it good to continue to occupy such a business-damaging. On the cassabon is "It served you Gertrude G." the seller, however, was a young dark-haired gentleman.
