Ohne Leistung und Vermittlung von Herrn Engel hätte die Transaktion nicht stattgefunden: 1) Als Ausländer, war mein Kenntnisstand der Österreichischen Regel und Gesetzte im Bezug auf Immobilienkauf etwas unklar: Herr Engel hat mich beraten und aktiv unterstütz um diese zu klären und überwinden 2) Da mein Kredit zum Teil auf in Österreich schwer anerkennbarem ausländischem Einkommen unterstütz wurde, war es nicht selbstverständlich ein Kredit zu bekommen. Herr Engel hat dabei, mit seinem guten Netzwerk dabei geholfen um diese Schweirigkeit auch zu überwinden 3) Etliche Besuche der Wohnung (Einrichtungsplanung) sind notwendig gewesen. Herr Engel ist dabei immer verfügbar gewesen. Wenn man Beratung und Unterstützung braucht, ist man bei Engelreal richtig! Ich kann die Firma und Herrn Engel persönlich nur weiterempfehlen!
