Auch wenn ich es nicht regelmäßig schaffe, kommt es mir dann vor als ob ich nach Hause komme .... Danke Euch! Both studios highly recommended! Manuel and Werner are personally involved in each and create an individual training plan. Even if I do not do it regularly, it seems to me as if I come home .... Thank you!

I think it's awesome that the training is completely tailored to each person and you are personally taken care of. - So you can have the exercises guaranteed right! - I also like the fact that the training plans are created across Stüdio.

Manuel Sefler, der Chef und Eigentümer, ist immer bemüht für seine Mitglieder Mehrwert zu schaffen. Sei es ein spezifischer Trainingsplan, Events für die Mitglieder oder ein innovatives Sportnahrungskonzept ("Shake 2 Go"). Bitte unbedingt so weitermachen Manuel! A gym lives from the culture of the owner and the members. And exactly these two points fit very well in this studio. Manuel Sefler, the boss and owner, always endeavors to create added value for its members. Be it a specific training plan, events for members or an innovative sports nutrition concept ("Shake 2 Go"). Ein Probetraining mit "Manuel", es hat mir super gefallen und habe mich sofort angemeldet. Das komplette Team ist super kompetent und hat immer ein Auge darauf wie man die Übungen ausübt, das ist mir sehr wichtig, und ich fühle mich sicher dass ich nicht mehr kaputt mache als es mir hilft! Für die persönlichen Erfolge sind die individuellen Trainingspläne natürlich perfekt, es wird perfekt auf die Wünsche und eventuellen Probleme eingegangen. Einfach toll!! Das Studio kann man fast 24h am Tag besuchen, perfekt um es mit meinem Beruf zu kombinieren! Im Studio ist es immer sauber, und wenn mal etwas kaput geht, dann wird es schnellstes repariert. Die passenden Worte sind bei Euch ebenfalls inklusive, ob Zuckerbrot oder Peitsche, ihr wisst genau was man braucht! ;) Vielen Dank!! We are happy to give you 5 stars !! I have long considered whether I should start training. A trial with "Manuel", I really liked it and signed up immediately. The whole team is very competent and always keeps an eye on how to do the exercises, that's very important to me and I feel sure that I will not break any more than it helps me! For personal success, the individual training plans are of course perfect, it is perfectly tailored to the wishes and any problems. Just great!! You can visit the studio almost 24 hours a day, perfect to combine it with my job! In the studio it is always clean, and if something goes wrong, then it will be repaired quickly. The appropriate words are also included with you, whether carrot or stick, you know exactly what you need! ;) Many thanks!!
