★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei Anfrage nach Möglichkeit des Kaufes eines Ersatzteiles lautet die Antwort des „Chefs“, für so etwas habe man keine Zeit. Man hat über 200 Projekte, da kann man nicht die Frage nach einer Montageschiene einschieben. Im Lager nachzusehen, ob man noch ein Reststück hätte, war auch zu aufwändig, da müsse man einen Mitarbeiter eigens suchen lassen. Ich hätte im Herbst kommen sollen, da hätte man mehr Zeit gehabt.
Ein weiterer Kommentar zu so einer Einstellung gegenüber potentiellen Kunden erübrigt sich. Schade, eigentlich hatte ich im weiteren Schritt vor, zwei Photovoltarik- Anlage dieses Unternehmens für 2 Häuser zu kaufen aber nach solchen Erfahrungen ändert man seine Absichten.
 When asked about the possibility of buying a spare part, the “boss” replied that they didn’t have time for something like that. You have over 200 projects, so you can't ask about a mounting rail. Checking in the warehouse to see if you still had a leftover was too time-consuming, so you had to have an employee look for it. I should have come in the fall, there would have been more time.
A further comment on such an attitude towards potential customers is unnecessary. It's a pity, as a further step I actually planned to buy two photovoltaic systems from this company for 2 houses, but after such experiences one changes one's intentions.
