Man fährt dorthin und da klebt ein Zettel, dass sie ja doch geschlossen sind. Dass der Kunde sein Paket wirklich braucht, ist denen dort offensichtlich egal... A real impudence! Zudem kommt noch das der Herr sehr unfreundlich war und mein Paket bei der Abholung vor meinen Augen in meine Richtung auf den Boden geschmissen hat! Auf die Frage ob er mit der Beschädigung zu tun hatte sagte er mir, dass dieses Paket so gekommen ist. In der Regel ist es so, dass beschädigte Ware gar nicht angenommen werden darf, natürlich wenn es sichtlich ist und in meinem Fall war es sichtlich. Reine Blamage! Die Öffnungszeiten auf GLS-Zettel und Online Öffnungszeiten entsprechen nicht den tatsächlichen Öffnungszeiten die mit täglich bis 17:00 kaum wahrnehmbar sind bei Berufstätigkeit. Als ich dann am Samstag endlich dazu gekommen wäre das Paket zu holen klebt dann ein Zettel an der Tür dass er heute am am Vortag nicht da ist. Ich habe es dann letztenendlich nicht geschafft das Paket rechtzeitig zu holen was den Verkäufer nicht im Geringsten interessiert hat. "Da kann man halt nichts machen" dass er am Wochenende keine Zeit hat und man dann seine Pakete eben nicht kriegt. As a parcel shop really a cheek.
