Man lädt Bewerber zum Vorstellungsgespräch ein, sagt ihnen einen Tag vorher ab, da man schon den perfekten Bewerber gefunden hat. Ich finde allein aus Respekt sollte man es dann führen. Wenn man mehrere Bewerber einlädt, sollte man sich für diese auch alle Zeit nehmen, auch wenn man schon innerlich entschieden hat. Shame on you!
