M	Michi _ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musste wegen einer Zyste hin. War bereits um 14 Uhr da und es gab bereits eine Schlange. Nach etwa 1 1/2 Stunden war ich dann dran. Mich hat Herr DDr. Bruckmoser (hat auch eine eigene Praxis in Salzburg) behandelt und innerhalb von wenigen Minuten alles erledigt. Die Assistenten waren total freundlich und lieb. Die Wartezeit ist natürlich lang, aber ich denke letztendlich ist es wichtig dass einem doch schnell geholfen wird. Had to go because of a cyst. Was already there at 2pm and there was already a line. After about 1 1/2 hours it was my turn. Mr. DDr. Bruckmoser (also has his own practice in Salzburg) treated and took care of everything within a few minutes. The assistants were very friendly and kind. The waiting time is of course long, but I think in the end it is important that you get help quickly.

D	Dominik Baumgartner (Eln1n1o_sbg) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin ein totaler Angstpatient und habe fast 1 jahr gebraucht um den Termin wahrzunehmen, aber jetzt bin ich so froh denn mir steht eine Große Op bevor. Zum Glück sind die Alle sehr nett und Hilfsbereit deswegen habe ich es doch hingeschafft. Mir werden alle Zähne gezogen und das mit Narkose weil ich keine Spritzen spüre. Der Narkosearzt hat mich so beruhigen können das ich jetzt nichtmal mehr vor der Narkose Angst habe. Nach der OP Mitte oder Ende Juli werde ich noch hier dazuschreiben wie es ausging. Edit: wegen corona warte ich immernoch auf die OP. Ich muss die heftigsten Schmerzmittel nehmen damit es irgendwie geht. Im Jänner 22 ist der nächste Termin und es wurde mir von der Kasse bewilligt. Ich schreibe noch dazu wie es endet. Vielen Dank an die ganze Belegschaft die sich mit mir abplagen musste bis jetzt ? 5 Sterne bekommt ihr gerne von mir. Mfg I am a total anxiety patient and it took me almost 1 year to keep the appointment, but now I am so happy because I am about to have a major surgery. Fortunately, everyone is very nice and helpful, that's why I made it there. All my teeth are extracted and with anesthesia because I don't feel any injections. The anesthetist was able to calm me down so much that I am not even afraid of the anesthesia anymore. After the operation in mid or end of July, I'll write here how it turned out. Edit: because of corona, I'm still waiting for the operation. I have to take the heaviest painkillers to make it work somehow. The next appointment is in January 22nd and it was approved by the cash register. I also write how it ends. Many thanks to the whole staff who had to struggle with me until now ? You like to get 5 stars from me. Kind regards

F	Fuc_hsi 19 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im grunde war der arzt ziemlich nett ich war gestern bei ihnen und nie wieder ich hab jetzt da wo er mir die spritze gegeben hat ein relativgrosse schwelung als wäre die spritze dreckig gewessen oder so oder er hatmir was falsches gespritz das hatte ich noch nie die schwellung ist richtig hart als hätte ich eiter da drinnen Basically, the doctor was pretty nice. I saw you yesterday and never again. Now that he gave me the injection, I got a relatively large swelling, as if the injection was dirty or something, or he gave me the wrong injection. I've never had the swelling it's really hard like i have pus in there

Trotzdem hielt sich die Wartezeit in Grenzen und der Zahnarzt war so, so nett und freundlich und hat alles super erklärt und hat sich schön Zeit genommen. Today I was with what felt like 100 other pain patients. Nevertheless, the waiting time was limited and the dentist was so, so nice and friendly and explained everything perfectly and took his time.
H	Harry C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to be patient and you will get fixed. Come early to register. I went 30 minutes before registration opened and there was already a cue. The old lady at the reception is not the most friendly person you’ve met but does her job and gives you a form to register. She says she doesn’t speak English but I gather she understands it :) Next the same lady has you do an X-ray which she operates. She doesn’t ask you she just calls your name and puts you in the X-ray room. Then one hour after registration opens the dentist arrives with a nurse and starts taking people in to fix them. I was #7 to register and took me 2 and a half hours to sit on the dentist chair. After that the dentist takes care and fixes you.
