Die Produkte sind qualitativ sehr hochwertig (aus der Sicht des Heimwerkers :-)) und auch der Support dazu ist in Ordnung.
Manchmal zahlt es sich eben doch aus, lokal einzukaufen.
Very friendly and courteous communication, here the customer is still king. The ladies are very nice and helpful.
The products are of very high quality (from the point of view of the do-it-yourselfer :-)) and the support is also okay.
Sometimes it pays off to shop local.
