여권 잃어버려서 너무 당황스러웠는데 꼼꼼히 도와주신 김선중님 정말 감사했습니다!! 대사관 가기전 전화로 알려주신 내용 덕분에 침착하게 대처할 수 있었습니다 :) 여권 받을 수 있게 끝까지 도와주셔서 덕분에 잘 찾았습니다

여권만 남고 카드 및 현금, 휴대폰 전부 도둑맞아 국제미아가 된 느낌으로 막막했을때 떠오르는 곳은 대한민국 대사관이었습니다. 도착했을때 이미 퇴근시간이 가까운 상태였는데도.. 경찰서에서 작성한 서류 확인부터 시작해서 긴급현금서비스를 받을 수 있도록 끝까지 함께 해주시고 늦어지는 입금을 기다려 주셨을 뿐만 아니라 가족과 전화 통화는 물론 택시까지 탈 수 있게 해주신 영사팀 김선중님 덕분에 현금 및 가방 분실 이후 무너졌던 멘탈을 조금이나마 붙잡을 수 있었습니다. 한국에서 가족들이 전화를 해서 귀찮게 해드렸을텐데도 침착하고 꼼꼼하게 도움을 주신점 역시 평생 잊지 못할 경험이었습니다. 두번 다시 경험해서는 안될 일이겠지만 친절하게 도와주신 대사관 모든분들과 김선중님께 정말 정말 감사드립니다.

출장 중 정말 당황스런 일을 겪었는데, 솔직히 사건 발생이 저녁 늦은 시간이어서 반신반의 전화를 했는데 여성분이 전화 받으셔서 당시 제 상황을 너무 공감 해주시면서 내용을 상세히 인지하시고는 다음날 아침에 담당자께서 출근하시면 즉각 처리 될 수 있게 연락 드리겠습니다 했는데~ 왠걸 국내 콜센터 보다 더 정확하게 담당자께서 연락 주시고, 일정 약속까지 확인 받을 수 있어서 일처리가 정말 빨리 될 수 있었습니다. 너무 성심 성의 것 처리 해 주셔 감사 드립니다.

한국의 동사무소보다더 더 친절합니다. 전화로 문의를 드려도 정말 친절하게 국민의 편의를 먼저 생각하고 도와주십니다. 한국면허증도 대사관에 도착해 있는 걸 확인해주시고, 날짜를 정해놓고 대사관에 가지도 않았는데, 미리 쉽게 찾아갈 수 있도록 빼 놔주신 센스,,, 여권연장때문에 방문했는데, 한국에 다녀온것처럼 너무 편안하고 기분이 좋았습니다. 아주 예전엔 그렇지 않았다는 얘기도 들었지만, 중요한건 지금 대사관 분들은 정말 친절하고, 좋습니다. 여권 연장도 한국의 구청보다도 친절히 쉽게...^^.. 한국 외교부장관께서 꼭 이 리뷰를 보셨으면 좋겠습니다 ~

외국 살면서 대사관들 많이 다녀 봤는데, 다른데 도시 비교해서 비엔나 대사관... 너~무 친절 했습니다. 근무하시는 여자 직원분 퇴근시간 까지 넘어가서 죄송했는데, 상세하게 친절히 설명해 주시는데 고마 웠습니다.외교부 장관님이 이 글 보셨음 좋겠네요. ^^

Highly satisfied with the service!

I came quite late on a Tuesday afternoon - close to their closing hours but they were very helpful in assisting me with all necessary paperwork. I thought it would take a couple of days but they were able to process it in 10 minutes! Thank you! :)

I read all these reviews and thought if anyone could help me with my visa situation it would be here. I haven‘t made all lovely experiences with embassies in general, but this was something else. I don’t if it was because I was German or because i have never done something like this before, but the woman on the phone was so incredibly unfriendly, treated me like I was some child and didn‘t let me finish my sentences, even though I repeatedly tried to explain my situation. I just wanted to know which type of visa would be best for me to obtain as I am stil applying for language courses at universities in Korea (summer, 10 weeks only!) but cannot apply for a regular D-4-1 student visa as I need to be enrolled longer for that than only 10 weeks. If I have done something wrong in the process, she should‘ve told me without leaving people teary-eyed and treating me like I am the worst. Like I said, I have never done this before and I have been in contact with the universities there! They all told me I cannot obtain that kind of visa as I will only be enrolled for 10 weeks, what I repeatedly tried to tell her but she kept cutting me off and telling me I need to apply for D-4-1. I just wanted to make sure I started preparing the right documents for whatever visa I would need and then was wondering wether I should just (without doing courses (I am studying Korean at university here in Vienna)) stay for up to 90 days only as a tourist if this situation can‘t seem to be helped and she just said that she didn‘t want to hear that. Right now I might as well just cancel my whole trip. There is nothing wrong with regarding me to another institution or telling me I need to get this figured out somewhere else, but the communication was just downright horrible.
