Qualität kostet aber auch Geld.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Umgang mit Reklamation eher langwierig und fragwürdig. Der Fehler besteht natürlich ausschließlich beim Kunden. Schade, von einem solchen Unternehmen hatte ich mehr erwartet. Das Oberteil ist bereits nach dem ersten Waschen völlig unbrauchbar. Qualität sieht meines Erachtens anders aus.
Dealing with complaints rather tedious and questionable. Of course, the fault only occurs with the customer. It's a shame, I expected more from a company like this. The top is completely unusable after the first wash. In my opinion, quality looks different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont like making there shoping only because of one thing. They have so many beauty things but workers are making "black comedy". I was there several time, and i really want something to buy, but every time when i only come in, the ladys run to me and asking what i want, what i am looking and all magic of Shopping gone. I hate the way of their politik. Once i Was asking for one sweater and they sad quick that they dont have it(whithout looking). Guess what? I Was founding there what i want. Please stop coming to every person that just come in and ask look arround, the intrusive attack what we as a custmer look for! Than maybe i will spend there money...change the way to your custmer. This is advice not critik. Wish you all the best.
