Meine Erkenntnis: Es gibt Tools für alles und jedes erdenkliche Szenario. Was eine Software oder digitale Lösung wirklich besonders (und damit effektiv) macht ist das Team, welches diese Technologie im Unternehmen implementiert. Max Raber, den Geschäftsleiter von ELO Digital Office, kenne ich persönlich und habe schon mehrere Projekte mit ihm realisiert. Dabei stellt sich ganz schnell heraus, dass er (und der Ansatz von ELO) den Fokus auf eine Sache hat: Was bringt das Unternehmen voran? Diese Frage wird von unterschiedlichen Richtungen bearbeitet und auf Basis von dem werden dann Lösungen im Bereich von Prozessoptimierung, Dokumentenmanagement, etc. implementiert. Aber auch hier hört es nicht auf, denn das Team rund um ELO kümmert sich auch um die Mitarbeiter, die mit der neuen Lösung arbeiten soll. Kurzum: Softwareunternehmen gibt es viele. Technologiebegleiter gibt es wenige: ELO gehört definitiv zu letzterem. As a consultant for the digital transformation of marketing and sales, I have a good overview of the solutions available on the market. What I realized: There are tools for everything and every conceivable scenario. What makes a software or digital solution really special (and therefore effective) is the team that implements this technology in the company. I know Max Raber, the managing director of ELO Digital Office, personally and have already carried out several projects with him. It quickly becomes apparent that he (and ELO's approach) focus on one thing: What is the company's advancement? This question is dealt with from different directions and based on this, solutions in the area of process optimization, document management, etc. are implemented. But it doesn't stop there either, because the team around ELO also takes care of the employees who are supposed to work with the new solution. In short: There are many software companies. There are few technology companions: ELO definitely belongs to the latter.
