Wir haben unsere Nähmaschine zur Reperatur gebracht, nach 14 Tagen Kamm der Anruf das die Nähmaschine repariert worden ist und wir Sie abholen können.
Zuhause dann die große Überraschung, die Maschine ist IMMER noch gleich defekt.
Kosten der Reperatur- 85 Euro.
Dann haben wir die Maschine wieder zur Reperatur gebracht und warten nun schon wieder 14 Tage auf die Maschine, mal schauen ob wir Sie dieses mal repariert zurück bekommen.
Alles im ganzen- ein sehr schlechter Service.

We brought our sewing machine to be repaired, after 14 days we got a call that the sewing machine was repaired and we can pick you up.
Then at home the big surprise, the machine is ALWAYS defective.
Repair cost - 85 euros.
Then we brought the machine back for repair and have now been waiting for the machine again for 14 days, let's see if we can get it back this time repaired.
All in all, a very bad service.

My Elna sewing machine, on which I sewed my wedding dress over 30 years ago, has got a new pedal. The machine is always in use. The new part was with me in 1 !!! day. Top service! Top friendly! Just great!
