★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zell am see is a beautiful town near Salzburg. The lake is centrally located and looks very pretty in summer. There is a beautiful and scenic road trip from zell am see to grosslockner which is at 2100 mtrs. There's a motorable road to the top worth amazing views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful in summer and winter. Definitely worth walking around for a bit. This lake also freezes every 4-6 years and makes for some amazing ice skating.

On some nights, there is fountains show, late at night but great one and free of charges,,
