Klar, es ist teurer als im Supermarkt aber jeden Cent absolut Wert. Überragende Fleischqualität, spitze gewürzt, nur noch den Griller starten muss man selber ;) Auch die Bernerwürstel und die Grilltaler waren ausgezeichnet. Wer lieber ne Jause will: Die Florentiner ist ein "Geheimtipp" Über die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz des Familienbetriebes kann auch nur positives berichtet werden. Ein Fleischer wie man ihn sonst nur noch aus der Kindheit kennt so mit allem drum und dran. Definitely try the Geillfleisch. A poem! Order the day before then it will be freshly marinated overnight and you can pick it up the next day. Sure, it is more expensive than in the supermarket but absolutely worth every penny. Outstanding meat quality, spicy, you only have to start the grill yourself;) The Bernerwürstel and the grill talers were also excellent. If you prefer a snack: The Florentine is an "insider tip" Only positive things can be said about the friendliness and competence of the family business. A butcher like you only know from childhood with all the trimmings.

Schnabler sen. und Hr. Schnabler jun. verstehen ihr Handwerk. Für diese Qualität zahlt man gerne geringfügig mehr als in den großen Supermarktketten. Dafür weiß man jedoch was man bekommt. Hoffendlich gibt es den Metzger Schnabler noch viele, viele Jahre! An old school butcher! Extremely high quality goods, very clean and also tried hard to be able to offer any "special requests". Both Mr. Schnabler sen. and Mr. Schnabler jun. understand their craft. You are happy to pay slightly more for this quality than in the large supermarket chains. But you know what you get for that. Hopefully the butcher Schnabler will be around for many, many years!
