Und das ein paar Dutzend Mal und keine SMS beantwortet werden dann kann ich das nicht nachvollziehen. Unfortunately I can't say anything positive. When I call for weeks and nobody picks up. And that a few dozen times and no SMS are answered then I can't understand it.

Egal ob Reifen, Felgen, AGA´s, Fahrwerke, Umbauten etc. man ist dort bestens Beraten und Aufgehoben. Beratung, Support und Freundlichkeit steht bei Elferwerk ganz hoch oben, das bemerkt man schon am Telefon und spätestens dann wenn man die Ausstellung betritt. Also die Jungs haben dort wirklich Ahnung in Sachen KFZ -Aufwärtung bzw. Performance etc. also alles rund ums Auto Ich habe meinen Skoda Octavia VRS ein KW DDC verbauen lassen und muss sagen, es gibt meiner Meinung nach nichts besseres als ein Gewinde von KW - der Fahrspaß steigt um 101%. Ebenso hat man dort auch eine TOP Auswahl an schönen Qualitativen Felgen. Habe mich dann für Wheelforce entschieden. TOP Felge! Also mit mir habt ich einen weitern Stammkunden dazubekommen und ich weiß für meine weitern KFZ das ich immer wieder gerne komme! zu 101% kann und werde ich euch weiterempfehlen!!! Die Beratung war Top bei den Felgen und später bei der Tieferlegung. Freundlich und pünktlich fertig. Bei Problemen immer ein offenes Ohr und eine Lösung parat. Ich kann das Unternehmen nur empfehlen und für nächstes Jahr ist schon das nächste Projekt geplant. Wollte eine Achsvermessung machen und hab noch nie so viel Drama erlebt. Kennt sich meiner Meinung nicht aus und redet nur dumm daher und macht andere Autos schlecht wenns kein Mercedes ist der 100.000€ kostet. Die Art zu Kunden ist katastrophal und ich kann jedem nur davon abraten dort etwas machen zu lassen. Karma regelt :) Can only advise everyone from this store. The manager is so rude it's abnormal. Wanted to do a wheel alignment and have never seen so much drama. Doesn't know my opinion and just talks stupid and badmouths other cars if it's not a Mercedes that costs €100,000. The way customers are catastrophic and I can only advise everyone against having anything done there. Karma rules :)
