Telefonisch erreicht man absolut niemand und auf emails wird nicht geantwortet. Unbedingt woanders bestellen !!!!! Der eine Stern ist schon zuviel. Null Sterne gehen leider nicht. Steer clear of this online trade. Goods ordered and paid for but not yet received. Absolutely no one can be reached by phone and there is no reply to emails. Definitely order somewhere else !!!!! One star is already too much. Unfortunately, zero stars do not go.

Ware kommt, aber nicht komplett. Auf Reklamation wird nicht eingegangen. Webseite funktioniert nicht, nur der Shop usw. Zeigt von Professionalität! even a star is too much. Nobody picks up the phone, let alone call back. There is also no reply to emails. Goods come, but not completely. Complaints will not be dealt with. Website does not work, only the shop etc. Shows professionalism!

Ich bestelle seit ca. 20 Jahre im Internet, auch auf ausländischen Seiten (Italien,Polen usw.) doch sowas wie bei Prem habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt. Die Ware kam defekt an, nach meiner Reklamation wurde zwar schnell geantwortet aber danach begann die ganze Miesere. Telefonisch erreicht man nie irgendwem nur per Mail wird geantwortet. Mir wurde immer wieder von Herrn Prem persönlich zugesagt, dass die Ersatzteile bereits bestellt sind und bald kommen. Woche für Woche wurde ich weiter vertröstet nun ein halbes Jahr später stehe ich immer noch ohne Ersatzteile da. Meine bestellte Ware ist so nicht weiter nutzbar... Selbst ein Stern ist noch zu viel! Klarer Betrug!!! Never never never again Prem !!! I have been ordering online for about 20 years, including on foreign sites (Italy, Poland, etc.) but I have never really seen anything like Prem. The goods arrived defective, after my complaint they answered quickly, but then the whole mess started. You can never reach anyone over the phone, they only answer by email. Mr. Prem personally promised me again and again that the spare parts have already been ordered and will be coming soon. Week after week I was put off and now half a year later I am still without spare parts. My ordered goods are no longer usable ... Even a star is too much! Clear fraud!

Telefonisch erreicht man beim Unternehmen absolut nichts, da keiner abhebt. Auf einen Rückruf wartet man vergeblich! Sucht man den Mail Kontakt kommt schnell eine Antwort, jedoch gestaltet sich der Mail Verkehr bei Problemen immer mühsamer als telefonisch. Wo normalerweise ein Telefonat nicht länger als maximal 10 Minuten dauert, benötigt der Mail Verkehr um einiges mehr Zeit! Ich habe meine Ware im Wert von 122 € vorab bezahlt und der Lieferzeit von 2 Werktagen geglaubt. Nach über einer Woche habe ich noch immer keine Versandbestätigung erhalten und nachgefragt. Ich durfte erfahren, dass es diesen bezahlten Artikel gar nicht gibt! Super, dass man als Kunde der Bestellung nachlaufen muss. Mir wurde dann ein Ersatz Artikel angeboten. Die Beschreibung war lasch und ohne Preis Angabe. Ich habe bis heute keine Ahnung wie viel der Ersatz-Artikel Wert ist! Nun kommt der Artikel an, ist der Lieferschein und die Rechnung fehlerhaft. Es wurde nichts angepasst. Es steht sowohl der falsche Artikel, als auch der falsche Übergabe-Tag (28.4 statt 08.05.) auf der Rechnung und das obwohl eine Anpassung und Korrektur der Rechnung zugesichert wurde. Was soll ich noch dazu sagen. Eine bodenlose Frechheit!!! I personally am shocked! Order so much for the topic in the region and not via Amazon. There is absolutely nothing to be achieved by phone with the company, since no one answers. There is no waiting for a call back! If you look for the mail contact, you will get an answer quickly, but the mail traffic is always more arduous than by phone. Where a phone call normally does not last longer than 10 minutes, mail traffic takes a lot more time! I prepaid my goods worth € 122 and believed the delivery time of 2 working days. After over a week, I still haven't received a shipping confirmation and asked for it. I was told that this paid item does not exist! It's great that as a customer you have to go after the order. I was then offered a replacement item. The description was lax and no price was given. I still have no idea how much the replacement item is worth! Now the article arrives, the delivery note and the invoice are incorrect. Nothing has been adjusted. There is both the wrong article and the wrong delivery day (28.4 instead of 08.05.) On the invoice, even though an adjustment and correction of the invoice was guaranteed. What else can I say? A bottomless cheek !!!

Super hier funktioniert Kunderndienst! Hut ab! My 8 meter cable duct (110 x 60, each 2 m long) was delivered from Austria to NRW / Germany within 3 days. Customer service works great here! Hats off!

Der von mir bestellte Artikel war leider inkompatibel ,konnte wirklich keiner ahnen , aber per e - mail haben wir alles geklärt , und selbst nach einem längeren Zeitraum haben wir uns absolut korrekt geeinigt und ich habe den Kaufpreis erstattet bekommen. Vielen Dank dafür ! I am very satisfied with the business process and the communication with the Prem family. The article I ordered was unfortunately incompatible, no one could have guessed, but we settled everything by e - mail, and even after a long period of time we came to an absolutely correct agreement and I was reimbursed the purchase price. Händler reagiert einfach nicht (weder auf Anrufe noch auf Mails). VORSICHT! Absolut unseriös! Part of the goods was faulty, was taken back without hesitation and promised to get a replacement. That was three months and umpteen emails ago. Merchant simply does not respond (neither to calls nor to emails). CAUTION! Absolutely dishonest!
