A	Aladin Steinzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Termin mit der firma wurde für 07:00 Uhr vereinbart, es kommt niemand. Um ca 07:30 rufe ich an und fragen nach. Daraufhin bekomme ich die Antwort, der Elektriker sei schon unterwegs und wird gleich da sein. Es kommt niemand, um 08:15 rufe ich erneut an, mir wird mitgeteilt, dass heute niemand mehr kommt, der Elektriker ist krank! Ich habe mir also umsonst frei genommen und bekomme einen neuen Termin für den nächsten Tag. An diesem erscheint tatsächlich ein Elektriker mit seinem Lehrling, beide betreten die Wohnung einfach ohne MNS-Maske. Der Elektriker legt nach ungefähr 5 min doch noch eine Maske an der Lehrling bleibt die ganze Zeit über ohne Maske. Dass ein Sicherheitsabstand eingehalten werden soll scheint den beiden auch gänzlich unbekannt! Wurde selten so unfreulich von einer Firma behandelt, ich vermut, dass es daran liegt, dass ich nicht direkter Kunde bin sondern Wienerwohnen der Auftraggeber ist! Trozdem Privat werde ich diese Firma sicher niemals beauftragen! An appointment with the company was arranged for 07:00 a.m., nobody comes. At about 07:30 I call and ask. Then I get the answer that the electrician is already on his way and will be there shortly. Nobody comes, at 08:15 I call again, I am told that nobody comes today, the electrician is sick! So I took time off for free and get a new appointment for the next day. An electrician and his apprentice actually appear at this, both simply enter the apartment without an MNS mask. The electrician puts a mask on the apprentice after about 5 minutes but remains without a mask all the time. The fact that a safety distance should be maintained also seems completely unknown to the two! Has rarely been treated so unpleasantly by a company, I suspect that it is because I am not a direct customer but the customer is Wienerwohnen! In spite of that, I will definitely never commission this company!
F	Flores Heliconia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mit meiner Familie ein Wochenende ohne Strom verbracht und mich am darauffolgenden Montag verzweifelt an die Firma Wazek gewandt. Dort wurde ich mit einem Techniker verbunden, der widerwillig & von oben herab die „Basics“ abgefragt hat und als nächsten Schritt ein E-Mail von mir als Kunden verlangt hat. Nach dieser Erfahrung kann ich allen Privatpersonen empfehlen, ihr Geld dorthin zu tragen wo man für eine bezahlten Dienstleistung auch mit einem Minimum an Höflichkeit & Respekt behandelt wird. Auf mein E-Mail hat sich nie jemand gemeldet oder angerufen. Ergänzend zu den vorherigen Kommentaren kann ich allen Privatpersonen dringend davon abraten, sich in Notfällen an die Firma Wazek zu wenden. I spent a weekend with my family without electricity and turned to Wazek in desperation the following Monday. There I was put through to a technician who reluctantly asked the "basics" from above and, as the next step, requested an e-mail from me as a customer. After this experience, I can recommend all private individuals to take their money to where they will be treated with a minimum of courtesy and respect for a paid service. No one answered or called my email. In addition to the previous comments, I can urgently advise all private individuals not to contact Wazek in an emergency.
W	Willhardt Vichsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Größter Dreck!!!! Nicht zum empfehlen wurde abgezockt. Wurde von denen vertrödelt. Wahnsinn was die sich erlauben lassen. Biggest crap!!!! Not to recommend was ripped off. Was wasted by them. Crazy what they allow themselves.
O	Olivia Knapik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann mich der 1. Rezension anschließen. Ich hab 1 Monat auf einen Termin gewartet (Wr. Wohnen -Wohnung) Die zocken Wr. Wohnrn schön aus. Der Arbeiter saß nur im Auto und hat am Haßndy gespielt. Dazu wurde vor der Coronakrise ein positiver Befund erstellt. Nun ist der abgelaufen und es muss eine neue komlette Installation durchgeführt werden. Naja auch so kommt man dann nach der Coronakrise auf die Beine. Wr. Wohnen bezahlt den Auftrag mit Sicherheit. NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT. ACHTUNG ABZOCKE. I can agree with the 1st review. I waited 1 month for an appointment (Wr. Living apartment) The gamble Wr. Living nice. The worker just sat in the car and played on the Haßndy. A positive finding was made before the corona crisis. Now it has expired and a new complete installation has to be carried out. Well, that's how you get on your feet after the corona crisis. Wr. Wohnen pays for the job with certainty. NOT RECOMMENDED. ATTENTION RIP-OFF.

Zuerst meldet sich auf eine Anfrage ewig niemand und dann bekommt man ein derart unprofessionellen Anruf vom "Geschäftsführer", der meint, dass er sich (Zitat) "mit so einem Schaas" sowieso nicht beschäftigt und ich "offensichtlich überhaupt keine Ahnung hab" und "sowieso nicht sein Kunde bin" und wenn ich "Frust habe, dann solle ich woanders hingehen". Unprofessionell hoch drei. So such a lousy operation I've really rarely seen. First, nobody answers an inquiry for ages and then you get such an unprofessional call from the "manager", who says that he (quote) "doesn't deal with such a mess" anyway and I "obviously have no idea at all" and " I'm not his customer anyway" and "if I'm frustrated, then I should go somewhere else". Unprofessional to the power of three.
