M	Markus Piffl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per e-mail an eine nicht gültige e-mail Adresse während eines Urlaubs gesendet - behauptet eine schriftliche Rechnung gesendet zu haben die nie ankam. 3 Tage nach Rückkunft vom Urlaub vom Inkassobüro die Mahnung erhalten - nach telefonischer Vereinbarung mit der Firma Schloffer das Inkassobüro zurückzuziehen die Rechnung sofort überwiesen - am nächsten Tag vom Inkassobüro die Mahnspesen erneut in Rechnung gestellt - klärendes Telefonat war durch Schimpfwörter auf Firmenseite nicht mehr möglich. Von uns gibt es keine Empfehlungen mehr! Sent by email to an invalid email address while on vacation - claims to have sent a written invoice that never arrived. Die netten Monteure waren pünktlich und haben alle Arbeiten sauber, kompetent und professionell ausgeführt. Fragen meinerseits (Laie naturgemäß) wurden verständlich beantwortet und alle meine Wünsche konnten problemlos umgesetzt werden. Ich kann die Firma Schloffer nur absolut empfehlen.
