Aber was mir heute im Geschäft selbst passierte verdient nur maximal 1nen Stern. Ich wollte mich normal & in Ruhe erkundigen über einen Bewegungsmelder den ich im Bad statt einem Schalter montieren möchte. Kurz darauf wurde ich von einer blonden Dame dumm angeschnautzt ich solle doch vom Verkaufspult gehen, weil sie Kaffeekapseln sortieren muss. Dachte nur aha. Danach kam der Herr aus dem Lager mit Bewegungsmelder + Rahmen um 75 Euro. Das war mir auf Anhieb etwas viel. Blickte man in die Gesichter sah man: der will uns nur aufhalten. Sehr nett dachte ich mir. Ich meinte dann ich schau mir das nochmal Zuhause an eventuell brauch ich den Rahmen gar nicht & kommt mir dann billiger. Zum Schluß wollte ich noch eine kleine CR2 Batterie mitnehmen. Sah keinen Preis & fragte auch nicht. Vor der Kasse sagte die Kassiererin dann 10,10 Euro. Sagte darauf ne das ist mir doch zuviel so dringend ist es nicht. Darauf kam wieder die Blonde Dame & meinte das geht nicht mehr jetzt es muss kassiert werden da alles im System ist. Ich sagte nein leider nimm ich nicht. Dann kam ein schroffes wurscht passt schon aber uns hier nur aufhalten. Quasi rausgeworfen. Ist mir noch nie passiert. Kunden die mal nix schnell kaufen sind anscheinend einen Dreck wert. Gehe dort nie wieder hin. Incredible. I don't mean anything about the electricians on site (never needed) & the gentleman in the warehouse (he was helpful). But what happened to me in the business today only deserves a maximum of 1 star. I wanted to inquire normally and in peace about a motion detector that I would like to install in the bathroom instead of a switch. Shortly afterwards I was given a stupid sniff by a blonde lady I should go from the counter because she has to sort coffee capsules. Just thought aha. Then the gentleman came from the warehouse with a motion detector + frame for 75 euros. That was a bit too much for me right away. If you looked into the faces you saw: He just wants to stop us. I thought very nicely. I said then I look at it again at home, maybe I don't need the frame at all & it'll be cheaper for me. Finally I wanted to take a small CR2 battery with me. Didn't see a price & didn't ask either. In front of the checkout, the cashier said 10.10 euros. Then said ne that's too much for me it's not that urgent. Then the blonde lady came back & said that no longer works now it has to be collected because everything is in the system. I said no, unfortunately I won't take it. Then came a gruff don't care but we just stay here. Quasi thrown out. Never happened to me before. Customers who don't buy anything quickly are apparently worth a shit. Never go there again.
