Die Installation der Heizkörper hat von Beginn an nicht funktioniert und wir mussten zigmal darum betteln, daß sich die Firma um das Problem kümmert. Leider ist Herr Rathmann nie tel. erreichbar und auch nach tagelangen versuchen ihn tel. zu erreichen hebt er nicht ab und ruft auch nicht zurück. Mittlerweile ist nach nicht einmal einem Jahr ein Geräte defekt und wir hätten eigentlich eine Garantie. Aber leider warten wir seit 2 Monaten auf ein Ersatzgerät und versuchen abermals seit Wochen Herrn Rathmann zu erreichen , um das Problem endlich zu lösen. Leider hebt er nicht ab und ruft auch nicht zurück. Wir sind unzufrieden und haben die Angelegenheit nun unserem Anwalt übergeben. The Rathman company is unfortunately anything but reliable and we can only advise against commissioning. The installation of the radiators didn't work right from the start and we had to beg umpteen times for the company to take care of the problem. Unfortunately, Mr. Rathmann is never tel. reachable and try to call him even after days. he does not answer and does not call back. In the meantime, a device is defective after less than a year and we actually have a guarantee. But unfortunately we have been waiting for a replacement device for 2 months and have been trying to reach Mr. Rathmann again for weeks to finally solve the problem. Unfortunately, he does not answer and does not call back. We are dissatisfied and have now turned the matter over to our lawyer.
P	Peter Herget on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In der Angebotsphase alles kein Problem - bei der Ausführung tagelang nicht erreichbar, weder auf Mails noch Anrufe reagiert und schlussendlich die Arbeiten nicht fertig gestellt. Permanenten Ausfall vom Internet konnte die Firma über 1 Jahr nicht in den Griff bekommen - musste ich dann von einer anderen Firma instandsetzen lassen. Ich bin schwer enttäuscht worden und hatte entsprechende Mehrkosten. In the offer phase, no problem - for days not reachable in the execution, neither responding to mails nor calls and finally the work is not completed. Permanent failure of the Internet could not get the company over 1 year under control - I had then repaired by another company. I was seriously disappointed and had additional costs.
