Obermaier hat bei einer Altbausanierung sämtliche Elektroarbeiten durchgeführt: Neue Hauszuleitung, neue Schläuche und Verkabelung, Netzwerkverkabelung, Kabel-TV-Verlegung (UPC), elektr. Heizungsanschlüsse, Gegensprechanlage, Blitzschutz (in Zus.arbeit mit Blitschutzfirma), Alarmverkabelung, sowie einige Leuchten und LED-Spots. Für die Beleuchtungen hatte er ein paar sehr gute Ideen für Spots (siehe Fotos) und war auch sonst sehr kompetent in der Beratung. Ich (und die anderen Handwerker) konnte ihn während des Umbaus immer erreichen. Ich kann die Fa. Obermaier jedenfalls weiterempfehlen!
 Mr. Obermaier carried out all the electrical work for an old building renovation: new house supply line, new hoses and cabling, network cabling, cable TV installation (UPC), electr. Heating connections, intercom, lightning protection (in cooperation with lightning protection company), alarm wiring, as well as some lights and LED spots. For the lighting, he had some very good ideas for spots (see photos) and was otherwise very competent in advising. I (and the other craftsmen) could always reach him during the renovation. I can definitely recommend Obermaier!
