Aufgrund einer fehlenden Klemme erneute Anfahrt, die natürlich zeitlich berechnet wurde, notwendig (meiner Meinung nach sollte ein fähiger Elektriker diese dabei haben...es handelt sich um einen Neubau...sollte also nichts Außergewöhnliches sein)
Bei telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme wurde einfach aufgelegt.
Also von meiner Sicht aus VORSICHT und falls doch würde ich mich keinesfalls auf die Preisaufkunft verlassen!!!
Terrible service ... unreliable quote for stove connection ...
Due to a missing terminal, a renewed journey, which was of course calculated in terms of time, necessary (in my opinion a competent electrician should have this with him ... it is a new building ... so shouldn't be anything unusual)
When contacted by phone, they simply hung up.
So from my point of view, CAUTION and if it does, I would by no means rely on the price information !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Vergleich zu Internet-Käufen hat man halt hier wirklich noch "Support" und kann im Zweifelsfall anrufen. (auch bei Notfällen!)
Bei Überwachungstechnik kann es sein, dass man ein paar Tage auf die Hardware warten muss - eh klar, "Spezialhardware" ist halt nicht immer auf Lager sondern wird nur bei Bedarf bestellt.
Bemühtes Personal - wenn man den Humor vom Chef versteht wirklich zu empfehlen!
Compared to internet purchases you really have "support" here and can call in case of doubt. (also in emergencies!)
With surveillance technology, it may be that you have to wait a few days for the hardware - anyway, "special hardware" is not always in stock, but is only ordered when required.
Effortable staff - if you understand the humor of the boss really recommendable!
