H	Hans Guckindieluft on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dienstagabend, Waschmaschine im A... Als einziger Elektriker in der Umgebung kann Herrn Braunschmidt am Mittwochmorgen gleich nach Anruf vorbeikommen. Er bemüht sich redlich, aber das Gerät ist nicht mehr zu retten (was mir auch der Panasonic-Kundendienst bestätigt). Ich frage Herrn Braunschmidt, ob er vielleicht Aktionsware bei sich im Geschäft hat. Hat er, und dafür verrechnet er auch den vergeblichen Reparaturversuch nicht (hat doch fast eine Stunde in Anspruch genommen). Altgerät entsorgt er auch gleich. Noch am selben Tag bringt ein modernes und wohlfeiles Gerät in meiner Waschküche, schließt es an, alles funktioniert tadellos. Immer unangenehm, wenn die Waschmaschine eingeht, aber dank Elektro Funki sind wir nochmal glimpflich davongekommen. - Danke fürs schnelle Kommen und die sehr faire Preisgestaltung! === Ein Jahr später darf (bzw. muß) ich meine Bewertung bestätigen: Wieder geht uns direkt vor einem verlängerten Wochenende ein wichtiges Gerät ein, diesmal wars der Gefrierschrank. Wir bemerken das am Freitagabend, und schon Samstagfrüh steht der Funki vor der Tür. Neues Gerät steht Samstagmittag in der Waschküche, und die Woche drauf entsorgt er das Altgerät. Wieder alles freundlich, reibungslos und insgesamt kostengünstig gelaufen. Fazit: Wir haben Pech mit unseren Elektrodingern, aber wir haben Glück, daß es den Funki gibt. Tuesday evening, washing machine in the A ... As the only electrician in the area, Mr Braunschmidt can come by on Wednesday morning immediately after calling. He tries really hard, but the device can no longer be saved (which Panasonic customer service confirms to me). I ask Mr Braunschmidt whether he might have promotional goods in his shop. He has, and for that he does not charge for the unsuccessful repair attempt (it took almost an hour to complete). He also disposes of old devices at the same time. On the same day, a modern and inexpensive device brings it to my laundry room, connects it, and everything works perfectly. Always uncomfortable when the washing machine cuts in, but thanks to Elektro Funki we got away with it again lightly. - Thanks for coming quickly and the very fair pricing! === A year later I can (or must) confirm my assessment: Again, right before a long weekend, we received an important device, this time it was the freezer. We notice this on Friday evening, and the Funki is already at the door on Saturday morning. There is a new device in the laundry room on Saturday lunchtime, and the week after that he disposes of the old device. Again, everything went smoothly, smoothly and overall inexpensively. Conclusion: We are unlucky with our electroders, but we are lucky that the Funki exists.
