G	Gerhard Eckhart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Elektroinstallation wurde "grundsätzlich" ordentlich durchgeführt und beschriftet. Deshalb gib es zwei Punkte. Ich möchte jedoch folgendes anmerken: 1) Achtung bei Reklamationen: Innerhalb von drei Jahren nach der Installation flogen bei uns im Haus mehrmals die Sicherungen/FIs. Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde dann jeweils ein kleines Stück Kabel ausgetauscht. Der Elektriker tritt recht unsympathisch auf und beharrt aktuell darauf, dass die Kabel (befinden sich in einem Kabelschlauch) wohl von "anderen Gewerken" beschädigt wurden. In meinem Fall müssen sich nun leider die Anwälte um diese Sache kümmern. Zur Info: Die Elektroinstallationsfirma verwendet nach eigenen Aussagen kein Kabelgleitgel, welches Schäden an Kabel- und Leitungsmänteln vermeiden würde. 2) Achtung vor Zusatzaufträgen: Als der Elektriker vor Ort war, um das Stück Kabel auszutauschen, haben wir ihn gefragt wie die Zeitschaltuhr funktioniert (Dauer ~ 3 Minuten). Die gesamte Elektroinstallation wurde schließlich von ihm durchgeführt. Wir haben jedoch nie eine Einschulung durch den Elektriker bekommen. Daraufhin wollte er eine Unterschrift für diese "Zusatzleistung". The electrical installation was "basically" properly carried out and labeled. Therefore there are two points. However, I would like to note the following: 1) Attention with complaints: Within three years after the installation, the fuses / FIs flew in our house several times. After asking several times, a small piece of cable was exchanged each time. The electrician appears very unsympathetic and currently insists that the cables (located in a cable hose) were probably damaged by "other trades". In my case, unfortunately, the lawyers have to take care of this matter. For information: The electrical installation company says it does not use any cable lubricant gel, which would prevent damage to cable and wire sheaths. 2) Beware of additional orders: When the electrician was on site to replace the piece of cable, we asked him how the timer works (duration ~ 3 minutes). The entire electrical installation was finally carried out by him. However, we never received training from the electrician. Thereupon he wanted a signature for this "additional service".
