★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte ein Produkt bei electonic4you bestellen, beim letzten Bestellschritt kam jedoch eine Fehlermeldung. In dieser stand, dass man aufgrund eines Problems den Kundenservice kontaktieren soll. Also habe ich eine Mail an den Kundenservice geschrieben, aber bis heute noch keine Antwort erhalten. Offenbar ist der Kundendienst von electronic4you nicht existent. Nicht auszudenken was für eine Prozedur dann eine Reklamation bei diesem Laden sein muss. Kein Wunder, dass so viele Personen bei Amazon bestellen.
 I wanted to order a product from electonic4you, but I received an error message during the last ordering step. It said that you should contact customer service because of a problem. So I wrote an email to customer service, but have not yet received a response. Apparently, electronic4you's customer service does not exist. It is impossible to imagine what kind of procedure a complaint must then be at this store. No wonder so many people order from Amazon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 07.03.2022 wurde ein Dyson Staubsauger bestellt, welcher am 08.03.2022 auch bereits durch die Post geliefert wurde - in meinem Fall hat das alles toll funktioniert
A Dyson vacuum cleaner was ordered on March 7th, 2022, which was already delivered by post on March 8th, 2022 - in my case it all worked great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute 2 Produkte von Kitchen Aid gekauft . Ich wurde sehr gut beraten, alle Mitarbeiter waren höflich und kompetent. Auch bei der Warenausgabe ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter! Komme gerne wieder!
Bought 2 Kitchen Aid products today. I was given very good advice, and all employees were polite and competent. Also a very friendly employee when issuing goods! I would love to come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unzumutbarer Kundenservice. Die Rückgabe eines Weihnachtsgeschenkes (doppelte Smartwatch) welche 5 Minuten geöffnet war, wurde für uns ein Erlebnis welches wir so schnell nicht mehr vergessen werden. Nach drei unterschiedlichen Mitarbeitern wovon sich niemand für uns verantwortlich fühlte, wurden wir schließlich von einem unmotivierten Mitarbeiter auf solch eine herablassende Weise bedient die ihres Gleichen sucht. Die Uhr bzw die Verpackung wurde nicht einmal eine Sekunde eines Blickes gewürdigt (sämtliche Originalfolien etc waren vorhanden) der Mitarbeiter gab uns nur murrend zu erklären dass er keine geöffnete Ware zurücknimmt weil man diese ja wochenlang tragen könne. Kulanz oder Verständnis fehlerhaft. Als wir ihm erklärten dass die Uhr zu Weihnachten überreicht wurde, meinte er nur dass man eben vorher wissen müsse was man kauft und dass er persönlich noch nie etwas zurück gegeben hat. Auch die Option eines Gutscheins (wir wollten nicht einmal das Geld retour) wurde mit einem schlichten: "stellen Sie es halt auf willhaben rein" abgetan. Super unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter der nicht daran interessiert ist eine kundenfreundliche Lösung zu finden sobald man dort sein Geld gelassen hat. Bei anderen Versandhändlern (Amazon & Co) gibt es nie solche Probleme. Die Idee ein lokales Unternehmen zu unterstützen (vor allem auch im Lockdown und vor Weihnachten) kam ns teuer zu stehen. Nie wieder electronic4you!!
Unreasonable customer service. The return of a Christmas present (double smartwatch) which was open for 5 minutes was an experience for us that we will not soon forget. After three different employees, from whom nobody felt responsible for us, we were finally served by an unmotivated employee in such a condescending way that is second to none. The watch or the packaging was not even appreciated for a second of a glance (all the original foils etc. were present) the employee only grumbled and explained to us that he would not take back any opened goods because you could wear them for weeks. Goodwill or understanding incorrect. When we explained to him that the watch was given for Christmas, he just said that you had to know beforehand what you were buying and that he had never given anything back personally. The option of a voucher (we didn't even want the money back) was dismissed with a simple: "just put it in". Super unfriendly employee who is not interested in finding a customer-friendly solution once you have left your money there. With other mail order companies (Amazon & Co) there are never such problems. The idea of supporting a local company (especially during lockdown and before Christmas) was expensive for us. Never again electronic4you !!

Selbst bei schwierigen Fragen und schwer erhältlichen Artikeln wird geholfen und wenn es möglich ist, sogar gezaubert, sodass der Kunde das Geschäft mit einem Lächeln verlässt.
This shop is an absolute highlight! The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and competent. Even with difficult questions and items that are difficult to obtain, help is provided and, if possible, even magic, so that the customer leaves the shop with a smile.
