Partners Dennis sonst würden wir noch immer warten. Schade, daß es so lang gedauert hat, so mühsam und teuer war. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von El Shaddai. El Shaddai - was für ein großer Name mit unendlich großer Bedeutung, das macht die Enttäuschung noch viel viel schlimmer! Liebe Renate! Leider hast Du uns nie gesagt, daß du nicht mehr zuständig bist und hast dich nicht mehr gemeldet. Dennis hat sich wenigstens gemeldet. Ich find es unglaublich, sehr verletzend und unprofessionell, daß unsere Hochzeitsfotos und unserer "exquisites Fotobuch" Opfer eures Beziehungsendes wurden. Auftrag ist Auftrag und Beziehung ist privat und nicht Kundensache! Und du warst 50 % beim Auftrag beteiligt auch wenn du es nicht mehr hören willst, du warst bei den Vorgesprächen, der Hochzeit und auch nachher dabei, und hast nie gesagt, daß du nicht zu zuständig bist. Diese Masche find ich echt das letzte! Am Ende seiner Tage muss sich jeder vorm Herrn selber verantworten für alles was er im Leben getan hat! Ich wünsche allen Kunden viel Glück! Today after a long talk finally a halfway positive conclusion of our wedding order from July 2017, thanks to the former partner Dennis otherwise we would still wait. Too bad that it took so long, was so tedious and expensive. We are very disappointed in El Shaddai. El Shaddai - what a great name with infinite importance, that makes the disappointment much worse! Dear Renate! Unfortunately, you have never told us that you are no longer responsible and have not contacted you. At least Dennis has contacted. I find it unbelievable, very hurtful and unprofessional, that our wedding photos and our "exquisite photo book" were victims of your relationship ending. Order is mission and relationship is private and not customer matter! And you were 50% involved in the assignment even if you did not want to hear it anymore, you were present at the preliminary talks, the wedding and even afterwards, and you never said that you were not responsible. This scam I really find the last! At the end of his days, everyone has to answer for himself in front of the Lord for everything he has done in life! I wish all customers good luck!
