Auch an der verschlossenen Eingangstür waren die Öffnungszeiten angegeben. In meinem Fall sollte am Donnerstag Nachmittag ab 14:00 Uhr geöffnet sein. Nach einer viertel Stunde des Wartens vor verschlossenen Türen sah ich auf der Homepage nach. Auch da, sollte geöffnet sein... erst auf Google stand, dass am Donnerstag Nachmittag geschlossen ist. Sehr ärgerlich!! Wenn die Öffnungszeiten geändert werden, dann bitte überall... Just wanted to pick up my package today. Lt. DHL card in my mailbox is open from Tuesday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. The opening hours were also indicated on the locked front door. In my case, it should be open on Thursday afternoon from 14:00. After a quarter of an hour of waiting in front of closed doors, I checked the homepage. Also there, should be open ... it was only on Google that is closed on Thursday afternoon. Very annoying!! If the opening hours are changed, then please everywhere ...

Auf Wunsch nach Expressversendung wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es sowas nicht gäbe und das der Brief ohnehin in am Deadline-Datum ankommt (2 Tage später). Brief ist nicht am Empfangsort angekommen! One star is definitely too many. Incompetent staff! Upon request for express delivery, I was informed that there was no such thing and that the letter would arrive on the deadline date anyway (2 days later). The letter did not arrive at the destination!

Der Laden schließt um 14 Uhr obwohl noch Leute direkt an der Türe standen und offensichtlich noch länger dort sind wollte man mir nicht öffnen, das hätte 30 Sekunden gedauert mir mein Paket zu geben, was ich dringend benötige -. - schade lässt man einen so abblitzen. Wanted to pick up my package quickly at 14:15, at 14 o'clock came the notification by mail ... L	Lorry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gut, wird das Paket statt ins Deutsche also einfach mal an ne österreicher Adresse geschickt, die die selben ersten vier Ziffern in der Plz hat. Waren ja nur 18 Euro für eine Sendung, die jetzt nicht rechtzeitig ankommt. Ich wär echt nicht so sauer, hätte die Dame im Laden meine Zieladresse nicht noch laut vorgelesen. Well, instead of in German, the package is simply sent to an Austrian address that has the same first four digits in the zip code. Was only 18 euros for a shipment that doesn't arrive on time. I wouldn't be so mad if the lady in the shop hadn't read my destination address out loud.

D	Daniel Pickart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Langsames Personal, bei hohem Aufkommen hilft die Person hinten nicht mit. Edit: komme am 3.8 zum Paketshop. Steht da groß Sommeröffnungszeiten...... Keine Info auf Google, keine Info auf meinem Paketzettel. Wenn Ihr es nicht schafft, zu normalen Öffnungszeiten offen zu haben. Dann lässt es bitte gleich sein! Slow staff, with high traffic the person in the back doesn't help. Edit: come to the parcel shop on 3.8. It says big summer opening times ...... No info on Google, no info on my parcel label. If you don't manage to have normal opening hours. Then please leave it alone!
