The only ice-cream bar that I give 5 stars. Parking is difficult. There is always a long queue. The queue is however quick. And the taste of the ice-cream is worth it.

Large selection of flavours. Almost always very long queues. Still only cash accepted. The ice creams are quite soft so they are melting quickly. Big portions, good (but not exceptional) flavours. Seating area is always full, but you can sit down in the park nearby.

Trento Bortolotti is a great Ice Cream Parlor in the vicinity of the United Nations Center of Vienna, also known as UNO City. This shop is run by native Italians from Apulia in Southern Italy. The staff is friendly and willing to help and here you easily can have a chat with the staff about back home in Bella Italia and about Austria for instance. The ice cream this place offers tastes great and there are many flavors to choose from. The variety is remarkable and you can either select your own ice cream scoops or you choose from the many ice cream arrangements here at Trento Bortolotti in Kaisermühlen, in Vienna's 22nd District, not far from the UNO City, Vienna's United Nations Center as one of the World's few UN Centers. Here you are located right in the middle of the Old Danube and the New Danube, where the Blue Danube is split into different river flows, only to reunite after Vienna to one big stream again. The Trento Bortolotti is light and bright also inside, and the patio where we had a seat is located at a big place named Schüttauplatz, built around a church with a chapel inside, which is devoted to the last Austrian-Hungarian Kaiser Karl I. Good ice cream and fast employees. Isn't very overcrowded. Good thing is you can take your ice cream and walk a few steps away towards Donau and enjoy it with a nice view. I prefer this over other ice cream shops in the middle of crowded areas for this particular reason.

So far they are one of the best Ice Cream place in the area and their staff are multilingual, speaking many other languages which makes it my favorite spot and also for non-German speakers.... It's busy all the time but the waiting time is very short.

Yummy yummy in my tummy! This ice cream parlour is serving delicious ice-cream, relatively priced. Service is first class whether you sit in or take away. Everything you order is served almost immediately. One of the best ice-cream places I've ever tried. It is a MUST TRY. Maybe the best in the world. Our favourite flavours are vanilla, raspberry and lemon! Very friendly staff that give huge portions. We love to visit this Eis salon as often as we can. Thank you for your delicious work!!!!

My first visit but I'm coming back. A large variety of fantastic tasting ice cream cups, along with friendly and fast service.
