D	Dragan Jorgovanović on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typische Eis Greissler Qualität - z.B. echtes Pistazieneis ohne Aromastropfen! Mit den Portionen wird nicht gespart und ordentlich drauf gelegt! Leider wenig Sorten zur Auswahl und Personal nicht das freundlichste. Typical Eis Greissler quality - e.g. real pistachio ice cream without aroma drops! The portions are not saved and put on properly! Unfortunately few varieties to choose from and staff not the friendliest.

Wir saßen an einem verdreckten Tisch, es wurde das dreckige Geschirr vom Gast davor nicht abgeräumt, noch der Tisch abgewischt. Die Kellnerinen, alles junge Mädels standen zu 3. vor dem Eisfenster und haben sich intensiv unterhalten. Der Gipfel war, dass die Kellnerin mit Dreadlocks vor dem Eisfenster für alle Kunden sichtbar geraucht und sich keine Hände gewaschen hat. Um bezahlen zu dürfen mussten wir mehrmals die Kellnerinnen ansprechen, bis sich dann eine dazu bereit erklärt hat uns abzukassieren. 1x und NIE wieder!!! Ice would actually be lecner, if it were not almost melted. Catastrophic service. We sat at a dirty table, it was the dirty dishes from the guest before not cleared, nor wiped the table. The waitresses, all young girls stood to 3. in front of the window and have talked intensively. The summit was that the waitress with dreadlocks in front of the ice window smoked visibly for all customers and did not wash her hands. In order to pay we had to speak to the waitresses several times, until one of them agreed to pay us off. 1x and NEVER again!
k	karl reiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ das Eis schmeckt ehrlich gesagt nach nichts und ist gerademal an den Zutaten (Haselnüsse, Früchte,...) vorbeigegangen. Tipp: es gibt in Wien genügend gute Eissalons (kommen auch ohne künstliche Zusatzstoffe aus) - also: lieber gut kopieren als schlecht selbst machen. To be honest, the ice cream doesn't taste like anything and has just passed the ingredients (hazelnuts, fruits, ...). Tip: there are enough good ice cream parlors in Vienna (they can also do without artificial additives) - so: better copy than do bad yourself.

Zu wenig Personal und augenscheinlich auch eher Gastronomieanfänger. Ein Eiskaffee hatte kein Vanilleeis, entweder wurde die Kugel in den heißen Kaffee gegeben und ist geschmolzen, oder das Eis wurde ganz vergessen. Genauso wie die bestellten Waffeln und der Zusatzlöffel. Dafür gab es ein nicht bestelltes Sodazitron extra. Den Tisch mussten wir uns selbst abräumen, da die Eisbecher der vorigen Gäste nicht weggeräumt wurden. Nice atmosphere and the sundaes were good. The service unfortunately not, because hopeless overwhelmed. Too few staff and apparently also more beginners. An iced coffee had no vanilla ice cream, either the ball was put in the hot coffee and melted, or the ice was completely forgotten. Just like the ordered waffles and the extra spoon. There was a not ordered Sodazitron extra. We had to clear the table ourselves, because the ice cream cups of the previous guests were not cleared away.

Eisgreißler hat halt das mit Abstand beste Eis ? The very limited selection of ice cream varieties in the ice cream parlor is incomprehensible, while almost (?) All varieties are on offer below. Otherwise great! Eisgreißler has by far the best ice cream ?

U	Ursula Elisabeth Pichler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an Austrian ice cream chain and it’s ice cream tastes like any other ice cream in their shops - and yes they got pumpkin oil ice cream! A scoop for 1.60 euro isn’t cheap but it’s in the zoo, so equally not sure what people expect.
