P	Philipp Stuchlik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann leider gegenteiliges behaupten: bin laufender Eismann-Kunde, jedoch beruflich oft im Ausland. Es gab einen 3-monatigen Intervall wo ich nicht anzutreffen war. Jedoch wurde ich anscheinend ohne jegliche Vorwarnung aus der Besucher-Liste gestrichen. Einmal war ich gerade im Vorgarten beschäftigt und musste den Lieferanten auf mich aufmerksam machen, dass er mich gnädigst doch bedient. Die Nachbarin gegenüber wird jedoch laufend und treu bedient - in so fern kann man läuten bzw. Klärungsbedarf aufsuchen. Ein Telefonat bei der Hotline wurde mit Ergänzung versichert und dass auf uns nicht mehr vergessen wird - leider ohne Veränderung. Das Personal und das Angebot ist ja wirklich sehr sympathisch. Was nutzt es aber wenn man es einem vor Ort nicht anbietet? Ich bleibe bei bo-frost. Sie sind zuverlässiger und eismann kann ich leider nicht weiter empfehlen. Unfortunately, I can say the opposite: I am a current Eismann customer, but I often work abroad. There was a 3-month interval where I was not present. However, apparently I was deleted from the visitor list without any warning. Once I was busy in the front yard and had to call the supplier's attention to me, that he graciously served me. The neighbor opposite but is constantly and faithfully served - in so far you can ring or seek clarification. A telephone call to the hotline was insured with a supplement and that is no longer forgotten - unfortunately without change. The staff and the offer is really very sympathetic. But what use is it if you do not offer it locally? I stay with bo-frost. You are reliable and I can not recommend Eismann unfortunately.

Qualität der Produkte ist ausgezeichnet, Sortiment auf jeden Fall größer als bei anderen Anbietern und Bestellung wie Lieferung funktionieren bestens. Habe auch noch nie Telefonwerbung erlebt. I have been a satisfied customer for a long time. The quality of the products is excellent, the assortment is definitely larger than that of other providers and both orders and delivery work extremely well. Never seen any telephone advertising either.
H	Hokus Pokus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben einen super netten, unaufdringlichen Eismann-Fahrer, der uns mit sehr leckerem Eis und sonstigen guten Sachen versorgt. Der schwarze Heilbutt ist ein Gedicht! Ich kriege verlässlich alles, was ich brauche und bin froh, dass es Eismann gibt zumal die Konkurrenz immer schlechter wird. Ich werde auch nicht ständig angerufen, da hatte ich noch nie ein Problem. We have a super nice, unobtrusive ice man driver who provides us with delicious ice cream and other good things. The black halibut is a poem! I can reliably get everything I need and I'm glad that there is an ice cream maker, especially since the competition is getting worse. I am not called all the time, so I have never had a problem.

Der ehermalige Auslieferer besucht uns schon seit einigen Jahren. The ice cream man helped me change the lightbulb on the blafon and put the box door back on. The former deliverer has been visiting us for several years.
M	MW B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deutsche Spezialitäten wie zB Currywurst oder Bayrischer Leberkäse bekommt man hier in ausgezeichneter Qualität - und in Österreich auch kaum anderswo-, auch Süßspeisen und Eis kann ich sehr empfehlen. Das Sortiment ist zudem erheblich größer als bei der unmittelbaren Konkurrenz. Bestellung und Lieferung über App klappen einwandfrei, der Vertreter ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Bestelle seit Jahren und hatte nie Grund zur Klage. Telefonwerbung habe ich noch nie erlebt, selbst als ich einmal längere Zeit nichts bestellt habe. German specialties such as currywurst or Bavarian meat loaf are available here in excellent quality - and hardly anywhere else in Austria - I can also highly recommend desserts and ice cream. The range is also considerably larger than that of the direct competition. Ordering and delivery via app work perfectly, the representative is very friendly and reliable. Order for years and never had cause for complaint. I've never seen any telephone advertising, even when I didn't order anything for a long time.

Nach mehrmaligen anrufen wird sich im einen nicht gekümmert! Das war die erste und letzte Bestellung! Bad service. Nobody reads order information. Customer service puts the customer off and nothing happens! After several calls, one of them is not taken care of! That was the first and last order!
