D	David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter! Ich wurde in diesen Fall als "Bauer" und ungebildet beleidigt. Ich würde diese Eishalle für keine empfehlen! Very unfriendly staff! I was insulted in this case as a "farmer" and uneducated. I would not recommend this ice rink for any!

S	Silvester Wrulich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Eishalle ist schon sehr alt, es gibt keine Kästen zum absperren sondern nur eine Garderobe im Gang zu der natürlich jeder Zugang hat. Die Eisfläche war in Ordnung, jedoch ist nicht die ganze Fläche befahrbar, weil ein Teil für Eishockeyspieler abgesperrt ist. The ice rink is very old, there are no boxes to lock but only a cloakroom in the aisle, which of course everyone has access. The ice rink was fine, but not the entire area is passable because part of it is blocked off for ice hockey players.

ABER: Wir sind gerade vor Ort und die Dame an der Kasse ist sehr unmotiviert und spielt nur an ihrem Handy und wenn man hin kommt und was kaufen möchte oder Eintritt bezahlen möchte werden von ihr die Augen übergedreht und sie ist völlig genervt weil sie ihr Handy aus der Hand legen muss. Eigentlich wollte ich mir Schuhe ausleihen (was vor Ort möglich ist) aber wenn man schon so empfangen wird lass ich es lieber und schaue meinen Kids lieber zu (sie haben eigene Schuhe). Und auf den Zuschauer Plätzen liegt sehr viel Mühl! Vielleicht wäre eine Einschulung nötig wie man mit Gästen umgeht. The ice rink itself is good for ice skating. BUT: We are on site right now and the lady at the cash register is very unmotivated and only plays on her mobile phone and when you come there and want to buy something or pay for admission, her eyes roll and she is completely annoyed because she is using her mobile phone must put out of hand. Actually, I wanted to borrow shoes (which is possible on site) but if you are welcomed like that, I prefer not to and watch my kids (they have their own shoes). And there is a lot of mud in the spectator seats! Perhaps training would be necessary on how to deal with guests.
