Als Greenpeace Mitarbeiter bin ich froh das hier noch repariert wird was ressourcen schonend ist und nicht gleich das Gerät getauscht wird. I'm really pleased. Very quick professional repair of my Medion dishwasher in the guarantee period. Competent, friendly fitter. As a Greenpeace employee, I am glad that this is still being repaired, which saves resources and the device is not replaced immediately.

Mir wurde versichert, nichts bezahlen zu müssen wenn die Waschmaschine nach der Reparatur nicht funktioniert. Als alles getauscht war und der Techniker die leere Maschine auf Kurzprogramm eingeschalten hat, hats funktioniert. Also bezahlt. Am nächsten Tag wollte ich meine Wäsche waschen und nach 30min wurde der gleiche Fehler wieder angezeigt. Am telefon wurde mir gesagt das ich mein Geld nicht zurück bekomme, der Techniker aber nochmal vorbei kommt. NICHT kostenlos. Neuer Termin für nächsten Tag per SMS. Habe dann angerufen und mich für diese abzocke beschwert und plötzlich wollte sie mir den Techniker kostenlos schicken, aber verarschen lasse ich mich nicht! Die Dame am Telefon ist sehr unfreundlich. Schlussendlich habe ich knapp €400 beim fenster raus geworfen und mir eine neue Waschmaschine gekauft. Danke für nichts. € 378 for nothing .... Wanted to have my washing machine repaired (error code dC) first the door switch was replaced which didn't work, then the electrical system. I was assured that I would not have to pay anything if the washing machine did not work after the repair. When everything was exchanged and the technician switched on the empty machine on a short program, it worked. So paid. The next day I wanted to wash my clothes and after 30 minutes the same error was displayed again. I was told on the phone that I would not get my money back, but the technician would come back again. Not free. New appointment for the next day via SMS. Then I called and complained for this rip off and suddenly she wanted to send the technician to me free of charge, but I'm not being fooled! The lady on the phone is very rude. In the end I threw € 400 out of the window and bought a new washing machine. Thanks for nothing.

Macht man die anrufende Dame darauf aufmerksam das man berufstätig ist wird sie patzig. Scheinbar ist man es als Kunde nicht Wert das man von Klagenfurt nach Finkenstein am Faaker See auf einem Freitag fährt wo man Frei hat. One hopes in vain for flexible and customer-oriented scheduling at this company. If you make the calling lady aware that you are working, she becomes snotty. Apparently it is not worth it as a customer that you drive from Klagenfurt to Finkenstein am Faaker See on a Friday when you have free.

Und der ton hat sich rapide ins Schlechte geändert. Telefondienst ein nogo! If you just want to know the price of a circuit board, or ask whether you have extra relays (for heating, dishwasher), it was immediately made as a "hobbyist". And the tone has rapidly changed for the worse. Telephone service a nogo!
