M	Markus Rack (Operation Systhem) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immer öfters am abend wird ohne Vorwarnung das Internet abgeschaltet. Nicht für eine halbe Stunde nein gleich 3 Stunden. More and more often in the evening the internet is switched off without warning. Not for half an hour, no three hours.

Hätte mir früher einen Termin ausgesucht für den Techniker, aber der Chef ist nicht runter gegangen von seinem Termin! Bei der Bezahlung sind sie sehr aufdringlich! Am besten hätte ich null Sterne gegeben! Too pushy if you want to quit! Talk bad about the other providers! Drive better with another provider than with the one from Ehlers! I would have chosen an appointment for the technician earlier, but the boss didn't go off his appointment! They are very pushy when paying! I would have best given zero stars!
J	Johannes Mayrhofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab nen neuen Router bekommen, ist leider immer wieder ausgefallen, Service war aber dafür toll, hab um 0930 angerufen und um 1030 war ein Techniker da der das Modem ausgetauscht hat. Jetzt läufts, und Fehler können immer passieren Got a new router, unfortunately it kept failing, but the service was great, I called at 0930 and a technician was there at 1030 who replaced the modem. It works now, and mistakes can always happen
